Front desk staff was rude, dude was wearing nail polish which was unprofessional. The lady working at the front desk acted like she was god and needed an attitude adjustment. The Doctors were great! Down side to this place is their surprise billing. I showed up for my last appointment and they hit me with a $800 bill that covered 4 months of treatment. Also, when calling their billing department you can’t understand the service rep because they are either off shore or English is not their language. Garbage experience with the administrative side of this place. I don’t not recommend!!!!

Really caring staff committed to your healing. Dr Usman and Sarah are the best in the business. Really appreciate Chase for responding to my inquires. The staff really does care about you. The entire staff is amazing. I don’t understand the negative reviews.

Doctor Sarah Cabrisses was extremely professional and helpful when it came to treating my acne. I was suffering from break outs and oily skin throughout my teens. I tried all types of ointments, medications, and antibiotics but once Sarah referred me to accutane my acne completely went away. She was informative, lenient, and caring towards me as a patient. Would absolutely recommend PD and Sarah.

One of their female receptionists is so rude every time I call. What happened to basic decency? She literally just says “uhhuh” and hangs up on you before you’re even done with the conversation.

I have had one the best experiences by coming and seeing Dr.Usman. I had chronic acne with scaring on my face. I just finished the first phase of my treatment and many of my friends noticed it right away. I am so ecstatic about the second phase. He and his staff took the time to really go over all my options in achieving what I wanted. Writing this is making me smile - thank you for the knowledge and patience.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews- we have always had a pleasant experience, but have only been coming here for a few months now. My MIL has horrible psoriasis and has been struggling with it for as long as she can remember. She is older and recently sold her house to move in with us. She has had horrible experiences in the past including severe burns and allergic reactions from treatment. She had no medical history, and her recollection is unfortunately hazy. She also LOVES to talk and is repetitive, but gets upset when she feels like she hasn't been heard. We have yet to meet Dr. Usman, but have been working with Kristen and the team for the past few months. Kristen was kind, knowledgeable, and I cannot speak enough to her patience!! With a few different medications tried, we were able to get her psoriasis under control- I've never seen her "normal" when she used to come to visit here in the winter! In addition to getting the right treatment down, they are helping us through a long process of trying to get her medication covered and applying for assistance she cannot afford a $200/mo copay!. In the meantime, they have been providing her with enough samples to hold her over so that she doesn't have any lapses. They are communicative, and helpful!

I have been getting Botox done by Dr Usman at this office for twelve years now. He is the only one I trust to do it, and he does such an amazing job when I get back from my appointment nobody can even tell I had anything done... just that I look great! I am regularly mistaken for somebody 20 years younger than my actual age, and a great part of this is down to the skill of Dr Usman. Everyone at the office is helpful and friendly, and the waiting room is comfortable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is considering Botox especially if you have any reservations or concerns; they will take good care of you and you will leave looking and feeling fantastic!

Dr. Adil Usman is vey professional and made me feel so calm, friendly and puts at ease. He adds in a little light-hearted humor to make the visit more pleasant. I highly recommend Premier Dermatology. His assistant Ruby was so helpful and extremely patient. While she was working on my authorizations, she had to make several calls to my insurance and pharmacy and keep me informed about the situation and finally getting it done. I really appreciate her help

Seriously, Dr. Khachemoune and his assistant Ruby were AMAZING! From the first moment with the two of them, they were so professional and made me feel so calm! Dr. K explained every single thing, was so respectful, had a nice sense of humor, was extremely patient and at the gave me positive options to consider for after care. Ruby was so knowledgeable and patient with me too! At one point Ruby was told she had important call to take and she seemed surprised that the receptionist would even consider interrupting her to take it! Dr. Khachemoune made a very scary situation a very positive experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Khachemoun and his staff!!!

Cannot say enough positive statements to explain my second visit to this practice. I went in with two issues and both were handled with expediency, care, personal attention, and expert advice. I had a procedure done I had dreaded for a long time, and it went smoothly and quickly. Dr. Adil Usman is not only competent, he is pleasant, gentle and thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
