This is a long overdue review, but I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Janelle and her treatment of my youngest son, 17 y.o. at the time. He had some joint pain issues as well as some general health issues. Dr. Janelle did a full-body work up, treated him with her chiropractic expertise, and suggested supplements and diet changes to improve his overall condition. The combination of her treatment and suggestions made a HUGE positive impact on his life and well-being. Thank you, Dr. Janelle! He wouldn't be thriving in TX in college right now without your help.

If I could write a book about how much Dr. Janelle Piercy has helped me I would. Before going to see her I suffered from recurring shingles. Plus I needed emotional help with a traumatic experience that happened to me in October. She has helped me avoid getting shingles twice since I have been seeing her, and my emotional well being has improved greatly. I definitely recommend getting a consultation to find out the amazing ways she can help with whatever traditional physicians can't help with. I went to several doctors who would just try to medicate me to deal with the shingles. I don't want to deal with it, I would rather live without it and she has made that possible for me. THANK YOU!

A little more than a year ago, I suddenly found myself in a lot of pain from inflammation. Some days, I was only able to get out of bed on my hands and knees until my joints loosened up enough to walk. Even then, the pain was almost unbearable. This at 45 years old after living a fairly active and healthy lifestyle. I visited a couple "traditional" medical doctors and they basically told me I was getting old, that I should drink more water and take Motrin for pain. Then, kindly billed my insurance $900 per visit. I met Dr. Janelle randomly at an event. At the time, I would have given everything I had to feel better. Dr. J thought she could help me, so I made an initial visit. I'll spare you the details, but about 10 months later, I've lost 35 lbs not that I was too heavy before and am back to running, surfing, enjoying family and living an almost pain-free life. Dr. J really did save my life. It took time and dedication, but following her plan led to almost complete recovery...and a healthier lifestyle. I'll continue to see her and highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with physical ailment.

Dr. Janelle is a wonderful and caring professional. She works closely with her clients to provide the best possible natural solutions to their issues. I personally know many of her clients and the results are amazing and dramatic. ‘Change of life” “No one else has been able to help before her” are common responses I hear.

Dr. Janelle is phenomenal. I have been there multiple times regarding a few minor health concerns. I got a full body response test and got to learn about what part of my body aren't "happy" and why. I've been on some natural whole food vitamins since I left and I already feel like I have more energy one of my concerns. I thought it was fascinating how she could learn about my body and correlate that with my personality. It was spot on! We are working on my diet and how to become healthier and most importantly feel younger. There is such a personal touch during the experience, which I'm not used to. This is a doctor where the focus is on living a healthy lifestyle so you prevent sickness, not giving you pills until the next time I see you. I would highly recommend a visit and joining a program !

I have found Dr. Ranasingha to be very professional, while at the same time warm and caring. She has a calm and competent manner, which is very reassuring. I went to her because after a broken wrist was healed, I still had quite a bit of swelling. Her treatment noticeably reduced the swelling. My husband went to Dr. Ranasingha for pain in his neck and shoulder. While examining him, she noticed his reaction ouch! when she touched an area on his back. He has had this problem for a number of years. He had visited several chiropractors over time, with not much success. Dr. Ranasingha was able to “fix” this spot, to my husband’s great relief. We are very happy with her treatment and would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends.

Dr. Ranasingha is very professional. pleasant to speak with and compassionate. I would highly recommend her services. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions.
