I have the highest regard for Dr. ziegler, his expertise and professionalism has been outstanding in his treatment of my leg issues but that professionalism is lacking in at least one of their receptionist answering the phones. After being on hold for almost 45 minutes hoping to at least have an X-ray taken and reviewed or given some advise did not expect to be hit with arrogance by someone acting abhorred that I would even expect sympathy! In the medical service? Really?

Waited 1 1/2 hours beyond our appointment time. Wasn't doctor's fault. It was their incompetent staff that mishandled the paperwork, and showed zero concern when we questioned the long wait while other patients were being processed quickly.

I had Rotator cuff surgery in July of 2018 for a full tear on my right shoulder which is my dominant arm, I work in the construction business I’m 61 years old now and I am happy to say with physical therapy and continuing next step program at ATI Physical Therapy I’m doing great. Dr Adrianne Towson listen to the problems I was having and I told her what my goals and expectations were, she said that I would be 100% after the surgery and she was spot on. Her staff and team were great. I would highly recommend Dr. Towson to anyone

The staff is rude I called to confirm my appointment I gave them the name of my thepapist and he replied that he didn't know who he was and hung up the phone

I have been into see Dr. Townsen on a few occasions her staff are very friendly and courteous and very helpful Dr. Townsen is well-versed and patient orientated to help solve the many different problems we may present to her I highly recommend
