Premier Urgent Care

In a state of absolute panic, these doctors made me feel so much at ease. I cannot begin to describe just how deeply these doctors seemed to care about my well-being. I came in 10 minutes before closing nearing a panic attack and they stayed an hour late. They skipped no step or rushed me at all to ease my nerves. I genuinely believe this is the best urgent care I have ever been to and cannot thank them enough for how much comfort they gave me in such a vulnerable and scary situation. Thank you so much.

After getting a call back from the on call pediatric nurse, I was instructed to take my daughter in for symptoms of illness after a tick bite. We left home right away and arrived 5 minutes prior to closing. I was so grateful they took us and provided a great level of care.

I was seen promptly, and with excellent care. This office was clean, well lit, and had a comfortable waiting room. The doctor who saw me was very polite, asking questions for my comfort such as if I have a gag reflex, if I need some water, that although sounds like basic decency, is probably the best care I’ve received at an urgent care and I’ve been to a few :

Stopped in right before closing with our two year old. Very kind staff. Thankful to be seen quickly so close to the end of the day. Made our son, and us feel comfortable.

Today was the worst medical care I have ever received. I presented to this location for heart palpitations along with a stomach bug. I then sat in the waiting room for an hour before being taken back. The nurse did not take a full set of vitals. I then sat for another hour in the exam room waiting to be seen by a doctor. When Shannon Gagliardi did finally come in, she completely dismissed my concerns with how my heart was feeling. Neither the doctor or nurse took a blood pressure reading. The doctor failed to give me any comfort about why my heart was feeling this way. She simply said “You sound fine.” and left the room. She came back with a note for work and spent less than 5 minutes with me. I am extremely dissatisfied with my care today.

Came in with covid, the front desk who weren’t masked - almost nobody was but me wouldn’t even talk to me to triage me for over 30 minutes. When they finally did, they made me leave the building - a little late, guys! Their practitioners have a policy of not prescribing paxlovid to folks with healthy kidneys unless you’ve had a full kidney panel in the past 6 months, an absolutely psychotic and anti-evidence based approach. Don’t bother going here if you have covid. They don’t care and have an unnecessarily political approach.

I was there on a Wednesday they told me that my fifth metatarsal was broken put me in a boot and follow up with a orthopedic. So I followed up with the orthopedic and they repeated my x-rays and said my foot wasn't broken. So I wore a boot Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday and half of Monday to work I missed overtime because I had a boot on that's my experience

The doctor and the nurses were great and actually listened and focussed on my issue. BUT as I checked in, the lady in front assured me that they take my insurance… yeah, they don’t. They later sent me the bill. Not cool!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. They charged me extra after I left the appointment without ever communicating to me during my visit that they were going to. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from here since they will lie to you over and over and just keep transferring you to someone else because they know they messed up.

Thank goodness for urgent care since we don't have Jennersville hospital anymore. It's very good when you're sick with something like bronchitis and don't need to go to a hospital.
