I usually go to premier urgent care despite some bad experiences in the past but it is getting annoying to deal with uncoordinated staff. I go in to get a Covid test done and see the doctor. The check me in get my vitals and proceed to do the rapid test. I told the staff I needed the test that takes days to process, she said she would return to get my more paper work and with the other test. Also, to clarify every time I go to get tested they provide both tests at the same time, I do not know why this time it was different. She told me to wait in my car to to wait for the results. They called me telling me that since my rapid test came back positive, the doctor would not see me and did not allow me to go in to do the other test. I would not have mind had they told me , but they could have done the tests at the same time not wasted my time.

Front staff always rude! Besides the fact they hardly ever have a doc on site. They don’t go above and beyond to actually help you. On the other hand VIP urgent care has always been nice and fast! Always a doctor in, always helping out with you’re needs.

I went into the Coachella Location and was in and out within less than an Hr. I had cough so I was told I needed a covid test which is perfectly fine I appreciate their effort to protect the patients and staff from possible covid carrier. The two that women that treated me were very fast efficient  friendly. The clinic is NOICE!, looks new. The female doctor whose name I forgot is young but provides medication for all my symptoms which was sent to my pharmacy from their TABLET!!!  Definitely recommend !!!

Amazing urgent care I took both my kids and the medical assistant Giselle and David were very kind and patient

This doctor is awesome. Dr Tolles has treated my and my kids several times. He takes the time to educate you about your condition. He writes scripts even for OTC meds. I have always felt much better after being treated, which I cannot say about other places that do nothing for you. The office has a short wait, less then 30 minutes in and out the door, which is extremely fast for urgent care. Office is always clean and staff has been nice to us.

Took my family to a COVID19 test and it was super fast, thanks to the front desk girl and the nurse who took care of us, clean place, highly recommended, this is my 3rd time here and never got a problem!

Staff is so sweet, I was in and out of there in under an hour. They’re very quick and don’t make you feel judged!

Bad service. They open at 8am and the doctor walks in at 8:20am. Im the first patient and I don’t get seen by the doctor until 9:30am.

My kids and hubby came here while they where sick. Really good customer Service. Went in and out. Really good Dr. He took his time to examine you. Asked questions. Waited for prescription. Then went next door to pharmacist to get medicine. I would of waited hrs at Any Hospital. Thank you Dr.

Called ahead and the girl had an little patients with my bad reception and gave an attitude on the phone. Once I arrived to get 3 minor stables out of my head the doctor without even seeing the staples refused to take them out  saying it hasn't been long enough. 6 days the ER said 5- no more then 7 days. Needless to say after the attitude and the doctor not even looking at my staples the reviews on here make sense. I will be calling molina to make sure they dont try and bill me for zero services tended.
