Don’t get you TB test there! Had to wait 20 min while employees were on the cell phones for a 60 second procedure. The MA asked me questions that were already on my form... and then proceeded to stab me and inject me for 3 times the time the needle was in my arm from the other 10 TB tests I’ve had in my lifetime. I’m bleeding and in pain.... never have I been in pain after 20 years of mandatory TB teacher testing... She didn’t care and didn’t offer a gauze or anything... if you are with CVUSD are anyone,  do yourself a medical favor and go elsewhere for you TB tests or anything

This place is always so unorganized. I have never had a normal time for an appointment for my daughter. They either have you waiting in the waiting area or in the exam room for hours. Her last checkup I was there for a total of almost 3 hours. Most of the staff is super friendly and I know it's not most of their fault. The older man doctor is so slow and has no regards for his patients and anytime I ask what is going on no one has an answer. They make you waste your time with appointments like people have no lives or other things they need to do.

My mother went into this clinic to follow up with her blood pressure. She said the clinic was very clean, the staff was very professional and the doctor was very kind, attentive, and thorough. Very happy with the care she received here .

Dr Colangelo Janelle spends so much time chatting away a storm with a non-patient instead of focusing and treating patients!!! Office is empty and I now know why! I arrived at 845am and had to walkout at 1020am!!! Almost 2 hour wait with an empty waiting room! I do not recommend this doctor!!!

Mrs Nurse White is the nicest person. Dr Catlett goes over everything! Nadia is also very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this medical facility to anyone. Than you for reading my review.

Had my appointment at 8:45am,arrived at 8:30 something.  Evryone who came in were called right away. Waited for 1 hr until being called,and thats because i went up to the front desk complained.Right after front desk called a lady and after 2 minutes we were called in. Worst clinic ever,I'll be sure changing from clinic & dr's.

I've been coming here for practically ever and I love it. The Drs Cattlet and Janelle always take there time to listen to the pts. The girls in the front are fantastic. Alot of people complain about the wait but hello people it's a dr office and some people need more time than others.

Ive been coming here since i was a baby! Im 19 now with my 2 kids sure waiting time takes a while but thay all are very attentive there and nice. I think they hired a cupple new people too . well see how that goes

I’ve been going to Santa Rosa for years now, and I feel like I’m at home. Janelle, Petter, and Maggie are my little angels who always go out of their way to  help me and my loved ones be happy, and Healthy.
