Their sandwiches never disappointed me!! The best jibarito sandwich !! The best cafe con leche !! The best yuca fries !!! I usually order steak jibarito but today I ordered breakfast chorizo sandwich oh my it was so good too!! I also ordered elote and beef empanadas they were also really delicious! Unquestionably dead-on, 100% authentic jibarito and cubano sandwiches. The yucca fries and tostones are delicious, and the coffee/espresso offerings here are solid. The prices are inexplicably low, given the high quality and this current economy. Skokie, let’s keep Pressed humming with orders! It’s near-impossible to find a real jibarito outside Humboldt Park, and our great lunch options are in short supply. As for the rest of you, this spot is undeniably worth the trip.

I ordered the chicken sandwich. Which was really good. I was super excited to try the arroz con gandules. The rice was just ok. Something just isn’t quite right and it was a little over cooked. Stick with the fries!Recommended dishes

What a great place! Amazing food and coffee, courteous staff, cozy and quiet. Jibarito sandwich was perfect. You can leave your bike right in front and eat at the bar table by the front window keeping your bike in sight.Food: 5/5

I ordered the steak jiabrito, elote, & a beef empanadas. Everything is worth trying. There’s plenty space to sit & eat. Nice art work to view. I also had a really excellent customer service experience. I’m glad that I tried something new today.

I am new to the neighborhood so I've been looking for a new coffee place that has the right combination of comfort, good ambiance, and food and drinks. This place has it all and it is a gem. I say that with the conviction of someone that hunts for good coffee shops in the Chicagoland area. The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly and always attentive and informative.

Awesome Pressed chicken sandwich and the elotes were amazing. The space is very nice and very open, deceptively high ceilings and a very metro coffee vibe in what felt like a small downtown. Highly recommend stopping by!
