These apartments are worth what you pay for I feel like I got a great deal and although there are some delays on services and parking isn’t the best. I know they try to make it the best, it’s a huge property and there’s work being done everyday. Teresa who works at the office is a great woman she shows up and works, she’s always there almost too much and she’s been great to work with. Shout out to her
I was attended by a girl named Valentina, she gave me all the necessary information, she helped me a lot throughout my journey. Undoubtedly very professional in what he does! I feel very satisfied.
Ac does not cooling properly since 4 months but they never fixed. The maintenance is worst here, if we complain about anything they try to manage people instead of resolving the issue because they don’t know anything including manager. We are Literally getting irritation to make service request many time. If they don’t know anyting to fix it properly please don’t suffer people by giving rental here.
I will preface this review by saying that I’ve been living in a dorms for a while so my standards of comfort are probably lower than the average adult’s : I’ve lived here for about two months and I’m pretty comfortable. Here is a breakdown of my thoughts. Neighbors seem pretty nice. On my walk from my car to my unit I enjoy listening to their music and I often smell good Mexican food cooking. Most of the residents seem to be families and the community feels safe enough that kids play outside. Amenities are lackluster but they get the job done. They have a gym but it smells like dust and the air is still and hot, even with the ceiling fans on. The pool water is usually green so I avoid swimming, but others don’t seem to mind. Management does their best but I can tell they are overwhelmed. It takes time to fulfill maintenance requests so it’s important to be patient. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about bugs. I did indeed spot a couple bugs in my unit when I first moved in, but I kept my space free of food debris and called pest control. I haven’t seen any bugs in over a month. Bugs are a fact of life in apartments because everyone is bunched up in small quarters, but as long as you and your neighbors are clean things will be okay. Make sure to clean your cabinets as soon as you move in in case the previous tenant was messy. Overall I’m comfortable. If you plan to apply, do so with plenty of anticipation. It’s a long wait.
Kate was kind enough to walk me through the process of putting in a maintenance request online. She took her time and made sure we were on the same page, which put me more at ease with the foreign to me process.
Specially maintenance is very worst here. If any thing happens like AC and hot water fixes, they won't fix it immediatley and they will take months and months to fix it Not sure what they are doing. And also staff is very very rude when we explain our issues over the phone call, they don't want to listen our issues Staff will speak what ever in their mind, they won't listen our issues. I got very very bad experience over here. Highly I don't recommend this community.
Excellent leasing staff, I talked to Valentina and she showed me the model and I’m about to lease my apartment!!
This apartment maintenance is the worst I have ever seen, we been complaining my air coolers since 2 months, they been repairing till now but it’s not fixed yet. And the office ladies are irresponsible persons they never lift calls unless we tried at least 1000 times
Air conditioner not working since from 2 months and maintenance guys came like 3 times and they did nothing. They will check and go but AC doesn’t work. Worst maintenance ever.
I have been living here since 2018 ...I love being here...this is home to me... the whole team amazing specially Ms Debra manager and Teresa owsome people thank you very much guys...
