Came in with a broken camera and flashlight. Also needed a new battery. I always have my doubts with broken products that I can’t fix myself and ask a ton of questions. Glenn answered them all and even gave me great examples and advice with my phone. Great dude and great place !

I am not someone who would normally leave a review but I can't imagine not sharing about the exceptional customer service and excellent repairs I received from Sam and the great people at CPR. They go above and beyond any exceptions you might have when you walk through their doors. We all know how important our devices are to our everyday life and Sam never loses sight of that fact. I didn't know about this business until a few weeks ago and due to circumstances, I suddenly needed their services three times in a row. Please know this isn't a one-off emotional review. When the need arises, please go see Sam. You owe it to yourself and to your device. Trust me, you'll be glad you did! Oh, and if you don't go, remember you should have listened to me. :-

The folks here are absolutely the most knowledgeable, experienced and professional at a phone repair store I have ever encountered. I cannot give them higher praise. They do immaculate work and go above and beyond to ensure your device is repaired properly and thoroughly.

My iPad wasn’t charging and I thought it might need a new battery, so I brought it in.  Ben and Sam took a look at it and within 3 or 4 minutes determined the port was misaligned and gently adjusted it.  Now my iPad is charging again and I didn’t have to leave the device overnight!  It was great service.  Thanks Ben and Sam!

I had a great experience with CPR.  The owner of the store took care of my service up front and was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and a fast turnaround within an hour. I will definitely tell anyone in need of there in need service to go there  Top tier service Indeed.

The lady up front was super sweet. My phone was fixed in an hour and half which they let me know up front that it would take that long. Best experience I ever had with a phone repair

Tried to fill out their website form for a quote -- it didn't work, so I had to call the local store. Talked to a guy -- very friendly -- who went over specs and gave me a quote for $99. Seemed more economical than buying a new phone esp. since everything else on the phone worked great, so brought in a Motorola one 5G ace for an audio jack replacement on March 16, which requires heat application to peel off the back of the phone to access the part.  From what I remember, you are asked to sign a waiver before they begin work that basically says they do the best that can but sometimes, they can damage the phone because of the heat involved. I didn't think much about it, because why offer repairs on phones if you're not good at not further damaging them, right?  Well, Dallas had bad weather that day, so was able to get in and out within 1 hour. Paid ~$109 for the repair. Had to replace aux cable too, and then everything sounded great.  Now for the fun part: I started experiencing cell signal issues, but assumed it was the carrier we were having solar storms at the time, and the news said it interferes with cell signals. A week went by, and my cell signal didn't improve. I would sit in spots I previously had no issue with and couldn't even make a phone call. It was so bad, I had to use my work landline to call my carrier for support. Two more weeks of back and forth -- they couldn't figure it out, so I switched carriers. Signal was just as useless. After another week of back and forth with new carrier, and I was at my wits' end of not having cell signal in most spots for almost 1 month. Rep asked me, "Are you sure it's not your phone?" I had an old Motorola that only lasted me half a day, but it didn't have the same cell signal issues. Ended up buying a new phone yesterday, just to have signal. Lo and behold: No issues with the new phone. And when I say "new," I say a 2022 model, because I couldn't afford to pay for a 2023 model after blowing $109 for a repair that ultimately turned my phone into a nice-looking brick.  Lesson learned: I will be setting would-be-repair money aside in the future to go toward a new phone. Only reason they got 2 starts instead of 1 is because of friendly front desk rep who gave me the quote over the phone.

Got an accurate quote online prior my visit, and they honered it. Price was reasonable. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and polite. My phone was repaired within an hour cracked screen on 4 corners and it worked perfectly afterwards.

Fantastic and speedy diagnosis and resolution.  Customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend coming here for any phone issues. They have earned my business! Thank you.
