Very Pleased. Customer for Life. I have used the company here and other locations for several state inspections, and never even used the free car wash. This time, I decided to take my car in for an oil change, and added the outside car wash and inside car cleaning service. Turns out that this is a great place to trust your car for all services! The crew was top-notch, and even if they were short handed, they did let the customers know. Super pleased with the overall quality of the platinum interior/exterior service, and my car looked fantastic! Everyone was friendly and efficient. I recently visited this car wash store getting a state inspection done. The added bonus of a free car wash made the experience even better. The service was top-notch, and I was pleased with the overall quality. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my car looked fantastic after the wash. I highly recommend this place for both its professional service and the added perks.
Great for car wash. Always friendly and several choices at different prices. Do their best to get you through quickly. However, State inspections have no reservations, first come, first serve, and inspector was in a bad mood. Plenty of other places to get inspections. Car wash employees have always been awesome - friendly, happy, helpful! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years.

I visited Car Spa on Park Blvd this week for my cars State Inspection. Once my car was finished I had them park it for me as I went for a coffee with my husband while they were performing the inspection. When we came back to pick my car up I tried to start it and the battery was dead. It was weak anyway. I went inside to ask if they could jump it for me. The store manager Mark was so nice and helpful and he came out with his portable jumper and tried to jump my battery. However, his portable jumper was weak because they had already jumped 2 cars that day. It was hot out, about 96 degrees and we were sweating in the hot sun. Mark didn't bat an eye and went inside to get jumper cables. He returned and got my battery jumped, and I was going straight to the auto parts store for a new battery. I went inside to thank him again and the other Mark there's 2 was nice enough to give me some coupons for my next wash and they sent me on my way. This all happened on Monday. I returned today to get my other car washed and Mark came over and talked to me and was glad to hear I got it all taken care of. He watched his crew while they cleaned my interior and he really cares about his customers. I am so happy to know that this particular Car Spa has new management that takes customer service seriously. Both of these guys went above and beyond for me and they are involved with the business. Not sitting behind the desk I live really close to this store and they have earned my business again. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and these guys are doing a great job of it.
We had oil change, wash, cleaning inside and out on our SUV. The vehicle was a mess as it had been sitting outside for over a year. I just wanted it cleaned the best they could do. When I got vehicle back IT LOOKED BRAND NEW!!! Cary did more than an excellent job!!! He went way beyond! I highly recommend. Under new management with Mark H and Mark G. Gentlemen, you have a great team!

Huge change since my last visit with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. They were so pleasant and really went above routine service. They really made me want to come back. Unfortunately, the interior clean was not as I would have expected with a coffee stain on the drivers seat that I easily wiped off along with the spilt coffee stains in the drink holders. Both easily removed with a damp towel once I got home. I would have thought the interior clean would have removed them.Service: Auto detailing
I have been taking my car as well as my families 3 cars to Car Spa at the Park and Preston location. I have always been impressed with the results. Recently, I met the manager Odell who has impressed us with kindness, professionalism, and detailed care that the service we paid for was done right each and every time. Car Spa damaged my car on Tuesday the 28th of February. Ever since I had been trying to get them to accept responsibility with no luck. The manager John was extremely rude and dismissive when I wanted to show him my car that got damaged by their equipment. He does not value customers and he treats you as an annoyance. If you want to go to a car wash that will have your car come out damaged then this is the place to go. Below are 2 pictures captured by their cameras and then one picture of my own.
