Preston Village

It is Sept. of 2021, & my parents bought a Trailer in April, & I moved in, & pay them rent. Now, A really nice lady runs it. It stays clean & quiet. There are rules here, & they stick with them. It's around EVERYTHING. If your familiar with Hillview, we're right across from McDonalds. This lady, came into this Mobile Home Park, & REALLY cleaned it up. At Night time it's quiet, & weekends, I can't get over how quiet it is.

I have lived here for 2 years, in the back of this park. I own a home here. The owners Bonnie and Brad are super nice. Lot rent is reasonable as well. I have not had one single problem living here. It's quiet, the neighbors are cool people.

The owner Brad and the Manager Bonnie are cold, mean heartless 2 faced people you will ever meet. If you are a good person who takes care of your yard and home, stay away from there. They don't want anyone to be happy. As long as you use or sell drugs and live like pigs, they treat you like royalty. It's a drug haven. Nasty people own bed and manage it. RUN AWAY!

This is a mobile home manufactured park. I like it here. Some rules here are a bit silly, but it's not been a problem for me as of yet. I do know of a few people that were mixed up with drugs here but were kicked out due to problems they caused due to that.

Pretty clean, neighbors are nosey as hell.

What can you say it's a trailer park it's nicely maintained but I've heard the management is a little poor there unreasonable.

It's not bad now it was pretty bad here management's what made it bad here people are pretty nice the place is pretty nice
