Pretzelmaker- Norfolk

Not long ago I posted an extremely horrible review for this location, which, at the time was completely true! . **^HOWEVER*** I have visited this location a couple times since & have had a much better experience! The workers are more friendly, customer service is so much better than before! I no longer feel like they think we “the customers” are a nuisance when you want to order something! The manager is great she is very friendly and does a really good job! The pretzels in my opinion could still use a little work as they seem to always be overdone and dry. It’s not because they are not fresh as I see they are. I just think they’re over baked! Overall tho they have really come a long way since my last review!

Hello just wanted to share my terrible experience, I had a phone interview and was told to put my two weeks in at my previous job, making it sound like I had the job, I listened and I waited for a phone call but nobody called me back, even after calling them myself, still no cal back, and I am now jobless, it has been very hard for me to find a job, I am also a first time single mom, so thanks for making it difficult. I hope they don’t do these things to anyone else , nobody deserves a struggle like mine.

Terrible service. The people who work here are rude and never know the answers to your questions. I love the pretzels but they need to work a lot on the service. I spent $45.00 on pretzels and was treated horribly. I would not recommend nor will I be returning.

This was my first time trying anything from this brand. The pretzels were wonderful. Fresh, plump and moist. Loved the cheese sauce.

The immature gal serving my mom and I gave us the worst service I've ever experienced. Rudely mentioned waits on food, rolled her eyes at us the entire time, and hid in the back room. She stood there making a fuss of actually having to do her job. She rushed through my order and made tons of mistakes so she could talk to her friends instead. From what I've seen, this place could do better with more mature staff or someone babysitting them the entire time.

Pretzels were yummy!! Cashier was very nice

It was good as always; and they actually remembered how we wanted the pretzels! We always enjoyed going there when we're in Norfolk.
