At Primal Fitness you will learn the fundamentals of olympic weightlifting, participate in functional fitness workouts, and become a part of a fitness family.
We combine olympic weightlifting and cardio to create high intensity workouts. Our functional fitness programming is adaptable to all fitness levels and ages regardless of experience. Our dedicated coaches work with each individual to learn proper form and continually improve technique to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Beyond fitness, you’ll form friendships for life. Our members and coaches are an amazing group of people that will make Primal Fitness the best part of your day.
Classes:
Monday-Friday: 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday: Noon
Saturdays: Open gym from 9-11am
