At Primal Fitness you will learn the fundamentals of olympic weightlifting, participate in functional fitness workouts, and become a part of a fitness family.

We combine olympic weightlifting and cardio to create high intensity workouts. Our functional fitness programming is adaptable to all fitness levels and ages regardless of experience. Our dedicated coaches work with each individual to learn proper form and continually improve technique to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Beyond fitness, you’ll form friendships for life. Our members and coaches are an amazing group of people that will make Primal Fitness the best part of your day.

Classes:
Monday-Friday: 5am, 6am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday: Noon
Saturdays: Open gym from 9-11am

It's been a fun few days dropping in while being here for work. Blair and Arturo were super welcoming and seemed genuinely interested, along with a few athletes I got to work out with. Had the pleasure of seeing a new guy start and watching the level of care from Blair was awesome.
My husband convinced my to try primal fitness. Mind you, I prefer running and yoga had never lifted a weight, but I finally gave in and tried it. I really loved it! Much to my surprise! It took two visits and I was sold. Arturo, our morning coach, was so helpful and patient showing me how to do the weightlifting properly so I wouldn’t get hurt and the workouts are fun and very different! Ive been going three months now and there are still movements and workouts I’ve never seen! The variety and challenge is great and everyone is very supportive - even if you’re not a huge weightlifter!! it’s also done wonders for my back and knee issues and I’m more toned than I’ve ever been!!!! Everyone should give it a try!! Blaire, the evening coach is fantastic too!!!
Best gym, everyone is friendly and the workouts are great. Plus expect a dog or two to make appearances throughout the day.
Great community of people and coaches! Workouts are very challenging and scaleable to any skill/experience level.
I’m a semi-active person, but due to physical limitations I’ve never lifted and I started going fully expecting that I wouldn’t be able to complete the workouts and would have to quit. Arturo has gone above and beyond as a fitness/lifting coach. He has helped me work around my limitations and overcome some of them and injuriesthat occurred outside the gym while continuing to reach my strength building goals. He has a knowledge and keen eye for modifications to make techniques safer and effective for each individual. I’ve worked with Blair a few times as well and can apply the same for her as well. The community is encouraging and not competitive. Highly recommend.
I really enjoy the workouts in this box. Strength training blends into the W.O.D. seamlessly. The program allows time to warm up and prepare for the next movements on the board. Very pleasant atmosphere with plenty of encouragement to correctly stay on task. Highly recommend. I would rate this gym as a great place to drop in as well!
I've dropped in multiple times while being in Wichita for work. The coaches are super nice and their programming is great!
Wonderful family oriented group of folks.
