Our Mission
• Promote a collaborative community between the primary care providers, faculty and students to enhance the educational experience and teamwork.
• Improve our understanding of the state of healthcare in America today and the role of young healthcare professionals in shaping its future.
• Collaborate with other institutions through a national network of future physicians with a passion for primary care
• Facilitate the further development and acquisition of practical hands-on clinical skills through elective endeavors outside our established curriculum
• Develop new ways by which the student body can reach out to the community and promote both the Ochsner Health System and the UQ-Ochsner Medical School
