Prime Movement Wellness is a team of fitness & medical professionals who have combined talents to bring the most comprehensive & cost-effective preventative healthcare program on the market. We firmly believe in helping our clients achieve their goals through a holistic, natural pathway. Our wellness program has helped thousands of clients lower blood pressure, increase their metabolism, lower cholesterol & blood pressure, decrease A1C counts, improve balance, and most importantly, lose weight + increase strength!
Our philosophy uses nutrition as a foundation, as we believe you should fuel your body appropriately. We believe then that, by targeting multiple energy systems using functional movements, we are able to build capacity in each of the three metabolic pathways. We also incorporate gymnastics/body weight movement, weightlifting, and (if appropriate) athletic/sport training as a means to helping our clients achieve their goals.
Each client receives a complimentary consultation before beginning our program. The initial assessment includes a nutrition panel, metabolic assessment, physical assessment, postural & movement scan + functional movement screen. They are assigned a Team Member, who will serve as an accountability partner for the client throughout. Our clients also receive a customized nutrition profile, along with workouts designed specifically for them, as well as a membership to Beyond the Whiteboard. Recipes, weekly shopping lists, and our Sunday Paper (newsletter) are also included. Because we believe in providing our clients with the most up-to-date expert advice, we've chosen to implement Precision Nutrition's coaching methods to lay the best foundation for change.
