My entire experience with Enterprise staff was excellent.  I didn't know what to expect with all of my transaction going through my insurance carrier but the Enterprise staff kept me informed through the entire process.  Agents reached out prior to my appointment with the repair shop.  This was so important because until that conversation I had no clue how the process would work. Maurice was prompt and accommodating when dropping off my rental.  And was also very thoughtful when referring me to the car purchasing department when the status of my claim changed.  I appreciated Matt reaching out to let me know that their sales department was ready to help in anyway they could.  Great customer service is hard to come by these days which is why I was so thankful during this stressful situation the Enterprise Rent A Car staff provided such great service.

No issues. I had to wait a little bit for the detailing to get done when I went to pick up my rental, but the attendant was very nice and professional. I had to change my drop off time several times due to the garage not knowing when my car would be done, and it was very easy to change when I wanted to drop the rental back off to Enterprise. They even have a shuttle from the garage where my car was worked on and Enterprise. And I could just leave the rental at the garage and they came to pick it up. I had to leave a deposit for when I thought I was going to have the rental for several more days, and, since I dropped the rental off early, Enterprise refunded me for all of the extra days I didn’t use, no questions asked. Would use them again.

Always very nice customer service. The best service has been provided by Imari and Maurice. It gives me pleasure to pick up a rental and they are working. They always make sure that I am comfortable with my rental and provide answers to my questions about the car that I am renting. They keep me coming back.

I book through a third party rental car agency. They still took care of me from the time I walked in and out and the same as when I returned. No miscommunication, polite, and well mannered staff. Just rented a compact carNissan Sentra 8/25-8/28.

In short, they stole $30 from me. I had this rental paid for by insurance when I was rear-ended. When my personal car was fixed, I returned the rental to the repair shop on the last day I was eligible for the rental however, the repair shop did not tell enterprise that my rental was returned there until the next day. So, enterprise charged me by only returning part of my security deposit. I called and asked about it, and someone at enterprise told me I could get the rest of my deposit back if I could prove I returned the rental on the proper day. I call Carolina collision, the woman who works there said she talked to Dre, the manager at enterprise, and stated that she had resolved the issue, Dray realized they entered the incorrect rental return date, and would return the rest of my deposit into my account. A month goes by, I never get the money back. I call enterprise and they say that my account is closed and cannot return my money. I call back the next day to speak to Dray, speak to a representative while I wait for Dray, wait 15 more minutes for Dray, all for the other representative to say Dray is busy and cannot speak, and they will not be returning my money, to call the insurance company instead. I don't understand how you can close a rental account if you owe the customer money from overcharging them. That's stealing.

The Customer Service has always been incredible. You can tell they try. They have always responded to any concerns. I WOULD give them a 2 or 3 star on vehicle selection though.  I've used this location several times over the past years. I always reserve a 'Full-Size' car, but they never seem to have one. Yes they offer a free upgrade to an SUV. HOWEVER, a mid-sized SUV or CUV is NOT Full-Size.  This last time, I went past their free upgrade and paid the difference for a premium vehicle upgrade. LOVED it. What I didn't account for was its need for Premium fuel. LOL  Recently, my travel club offered greater discounts with other rental companies. I stuck w/ Enterprise though. Truly, other than selection, I keep returning because of the staff!

My car was hit and it had to go to the body shop.  Enterprise came to the body shop and picked me up.  They took me back to their place where I signed the contract.  They let me pick the car I wanted to drive and made the experience very pleasant.  When I picked my car up I was able to leave the Enterprise car at the body shop and they came and got it.

Worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. This was an insurance rental. They messed up the reservation twice. Finally took the car back early. Better to be without than this aggravated.

Enterprise Rent A Car in Durham NC, off Hillsborough Rd. Have had multiple experiences with them. Staff is great! Never a minutes trouble with them. It’s why I’ll keep going back when needed.

This location is OUTSTANDING the entire Enterprise team is so friendly, helpful, and really well-informed.. I only remember Kevin's name but there were a couple of other staff members who helped me also, all GREAT. I have done insurance-related rentals, business and personal rentals.. no issues with anything. Thank you
