They do not care for people in the order they have arrived for urgent care. Waiting for over 2 hours to be seen by someone just to have multiple other people receive care before me. They have terrible service here. Don't waste your money. Take the extra drive to be treated elsewhere.

SCAM ALERT. This place is a scam!!! I went in to urgent care for a ear infection and needed antibiotics. They checked me in under "emergency room" instead of urgent care. My bill for a 3 minute visit with doctor to write a prescription for antibiotics was $1800.....

Walked in after trying to set an appointment online and both receptionists were not busy and not paying attention to the door. The online service listed for this facility is a JOKE, it says click here to reserve your appointment and you click but it tells you this facility DOES NOT have online options and to try other facilities or walk in. Since the renovation and the new hospital addition this location has gone down hill. Time spent at facility 3 - 3.5 hours for a 15 minute exam and in the 2 hours spent in the waiting room I saw only 2 people get called back, this is to include COVID TEST patients.This is really sad for an URGENT CARE/ EMERGENCY CARE facility

Super unhappy with wait time, primary doctor advised I make an appointment at whatever urgent care was convenient and by making this appointment I would not have to wait so long. It's been just about an hour, I have yet to be called and several other people have been taken back and I'm still waiting. I feel sicker then sick but evidently the walkin's had a priority.

Our daughter sees Dr. Faris as her primary care physician. I am a first time parent and he is reassuring, kind, and always answers the plethora of questions we may have. I have the utmost confidence in him and we are so grateful to have him care for our daughter. If you’re looking for a primary for your childten, then I believe that he is a great fit!

Both ladys I spoke with were completely clueless and just didnt really wanna help me schedule an appointment. I need a simple strep throat test and my physician told me it would be a 2 week wait to go to the E.R , the E.R told me to go to urgent care. The ladys at urgent care tried to get me to do a virtual visit, which they cant possible test for strep. It has never been this bad of a struggle to get a simple strep throat test in my life. They truly only care about covid related cases otherwise go wait in urgent care for 3-4hours.

HORRIBLE WAIT TIME! Very rude front desk receptionist, waited LITERALLY 17mins for her to get off phone and even greet me when I arrived, then another 6 minutes til I was actually allowed to check in! So literally 23mins of standing in doorway before even getting checked in! Now I've been waiting for 2hrs and 12mins....still waiting to be seen! Very unorganized and extremely slow! So much for Urgent Care, should be called sit and wait for care!!! Ridiculous!!!

Don't bother making an appointment. They tell you it doesn't mean anything after you have waited over two hours past your scheduled time.

Very hit or miss with the receptionists. Sometimes I get someone who is so cheerful and other times I get a total snot like I did this afternoon. I saw an appt had been booked with my primary for late September and I was confused, because I didn’t book anything. The lady on the phone was so snippy and rude. I work with the public too and I’m never rude like that to my clients. It was just a simple question I was inquiring about and she her tone would have made you think I was just the most difficult person ever. Do better

Excellent care today from the Nurse to the P.A.! The wait time was short, maybe because I reserved a time via the internet. A very caring visit : Thank you!
