I scheduled a new patient physical for my daughter here because school is starting, we recently moved less than a year ago and her old pediatrician was scheduled out until October. The appointment scheduler was very helpful, pleasant and did 95% of the new registration over the phone. We got an appoint for this week easy peasy. So far so good.
My wife died before she could get into see her family doctor. Three weeks or more wait for your appointment is sometimes to long. We have a great doctor but there are no time slots left for people that need a faster response time when really sick. Her heart stopped on the day we where leaving for urgent care, my heart is broken. We never did get to see her family doctor. It is to late now.
I absolutely love my Dr Wolf and the ER was fantastic. I have been treated very well from scheduled to the billing. No one has been rude or disrespectful to me. They have been kind and concerned about me. I'm done wasting time waiting for an appointment or to be seen.
I called Prohealth Mukwonago to see a dr today since I’ve been sick the last 3 weeks. Receptionist made me an appt for the next day but said a triage Nurse would call to see if I shld go to urgent care. Nurse Sarah, said I should be seen today, Dr Narloch had opening in 10 min, she checked with him, he said that he’d fit me in & to come right away. I was checking in, nurse Sarah overheard me & said that I was there to see Dr Narloch. He took his time & was very thorough. Ordered a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia. I wasn’t even home & got the results thru mychart. I am so grateful for Dr Narloch & Nurse Sarah. If more people in healthcare were more like these two, the healthcare system would be a much better place!
My care By Katie Slocum was exceptional. Would be a great Doctor. Her care was better then some doctors I've been to over my 79 years. She was thorough and efficient and caring. Francis Neylon Thankyou
I've always been taking care of by my doctor and staff. My doctor has helped me for years his staff is the greatest. Appointments have been excellent, have had no bad experience.
Urgent care? Not so urgent. Yes, I was a walk in, not an online appointment. However, I was 3rd in line, so I was not too concerned until people started jumping ahead of me on the screen. I knew there may be appointments ahead of me, but when walk ins that came in after me started getting called before me, I inquired at the desk. I was told " urgency is accessed in the back", meaning my infected and painful biopsy wound was not as urgent as the giggling teens looking to get Covid tests. I waited a little over and hour , then left. I drove here 25 minutes because my records are here as my NP is here, but maybe it is time to look closer to home.
I LOVE Dr. Kurtz she is amazing BUT it seems like the hospital itself cares more about the money than the patients. This is our health, work with people, we're all struggling right now from COVID just be a little more understanding.
Not happy with anything. You don't return calls, you cancel appointments without telling people. You don't update My Chart to be currant To say I'm upset would be an understatement !!!!
Just thought I’d leave a fresh poor review being my previous one has mysteriously disappeared. Poor service, poor diagnosis, lack of respect for me and others in the waiting room. I’d rather be seen by my next door neighbor.
