Pro Wash of North Hampton

Not good. Brought my elderly moms car through the car wash in North Hampton on this Saturday at 4:00pm. I admit the car was dirty, it was covered with pollen. I went with the “Good” wash for $12.00. I didn’t need wax or the wheels or the undercarriage done, I just wanted the dirt and pollen washed off. I knew I was in trouble when the bells rang as I proceeded to the car wash entrance and waited 5 minutes and nobody came out. So I backed up and rang the bells again, and finally the attendant came out, obviously miffed that I was there. He never said hello, Just took my credit card after I asked for the “Good” car wash. So he sprayed around the car and then he took the brush to a few areas, then turned on the car wash. Now mind you, the place was not busy, I was the only one there. The car went through the tunnel. When I got to the other end I could see that the glass still had yellow pollen around the edges. When I got out of the car, I couldn’t believe how dirty it still was. So, I drove the car back around and saw the attendant and showed him how dirty the car still was. He never apologized, he just told me it was because I got a cheap car wash and that the car wash would never get the car all the way clean. I guess maybe he should have told me that in the beginning? Anyways, there was no offer to try again. And now I am frustrated and thought I would warn others before going to have your car washed there. I guess the customer needs to ask the attendant if they can really clean the car or only partially clean it.

I made a call for a last minute detailing and Mike was very accommodating. I wanted to get my truck cleaned up before selling it and Mike did such a fantastic job that I am now thinking about keeping it. Inside and out, the detail was impeccable. Looking forward to taking my other vehicles to him for detailing.

I had my Honda Civic Type R detailed here and I brought it in with a very persistent odor in some of the fabric. I brought the car back twice to have it treated again and they hit it each time on the spot free of charge with no waiting. Called on Sunday they found a way to get me in on Monday. Dropped it off in am and picked up at 2pm. The vest detailing I have ever had. Very thorough from front to back! A little higher priced but well worth the fee.Service: Auto detailing

Great service! Was able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame, and had a very thorough wax job done to protect and preserve my car’s coat. Totally worth the cost and wait, the exterior literally feels like silk! Thanks guys!
