Great experience. I found Erica Regan to be very professional, thorough and personable. Appreciate the time she spent explaining the nature of my hearing loss and subsequent operation of my hearing aids. She was patient with my questions and helpful in managing my expectations. Front office staff pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend!

My mother in law has been going to them for 6+ years now. They are always sure her hearing aids are up to par. Mother in law just got her second pair of hearing aids, first ones out dated. Love the doctor and they are very accommodating for cleanings or any other issues that arise.

Was very pleased with the quick response to my repair of charger for my hearing aids instead of buying a new one , after stepping on the cord and damaging it.  It saved me a lot of money and gave me a lender until it was repaired!  Thank you again for your quick responds and a service for always being there for your customers.

I am a former patient of Professional Audiology and was in the area with a problem with my hearing aid. I stopped in, after 4 years, to get some help with my hearing aid. I was assisted right away and the problem was resolved to my satisfaction. The staff was immediately helpful and the problem was resolved satisfactorily. I couldn't ask for a more professional, friendly help with my problem.

I've been with Professional Audiology for about eight years now and have just bought new hearing aids.  Dr. Erica was outstanding as always, testing, fitting the hearing aids, and explaining the new options with expertise and patience, even taking care of an insurance issue for me. She wants her clients to feel comfortable and competent with their purchase.  I would not go anywhere else and have recommended Professional Audiology to many others.

I was fortunate to choose Professional Audiology when I moved to the Seacoast. All of the staff are always been nothing short of wonderful in helping me at every turn as my hearing ability  has changed in the last several years. The audiologists are consummate professionals.  They have both a strong foundation in their profession and are keeping up with technological advancements in the.field.

I have been experiencing hearing loss especially in crowded/noisy situations & ringing in the ears for several years.  I was given a thorough hearing exam using latest technology, then met with audiologist who explain results in terms I could understand!  She definitely was NOT just trying to sell me Hearing aids, but rather, genuinely concerned for my sensory loss. In fact, together we decided to wait a year for me to start using the device due to insurance concerns surprised to hear BC/BS doesn't cover them for people w/o Medicare! Highly recommend!!!

I went for my Tinnitus and received more tests than with my initial ENT Audiologist.  I was so happy to receive the help I truly need instead of being told to live with it.

My husband was in need of hearing aids. Before the tests began I asked if extra care be taken due to his Alzheimer’s affecting his cognitive skills. Such good care went into helping Joe get the tests completed and a true evaluation came out of this kindness.  My sincere thank you for all your help and compassionate care. Eileen and Joe Carmody

This is an absolutely outstanding audiology practice - I recommend them highly to anyone who is in need of hearing assistance.  The front desk staff is helpful and accommodating.  Dr. Charest is exceptionally knowledgeable, patiently listens, finds the very best solution to your hearing problem, friendly and extraordinarily patient.
