"Welcome to our Physical Therapy Clinic in Amesbury, MA. Professional Physical Therapy in Amesbury was acquired in 2017 and is the only physical therapy clinic in town. We offer patients many different types of rehabilitation services to relieve pain. Our entrance is in front of Building B. No Pro PT signage can be seen from the main road. We are located 0.8 miles from Hodges Ice Cream if you are driving towards Merrimac. We are on the opposite side of road from Hodges. Easy access to the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority bus which has a stop at the entrance of the parking lot. Parking is available in front of Building B, in front of the clinic. I recently completed my PT at Professional Physical Therapy in Amesbury for my knee. I would highly recommend them. The staff, from the reception desk to the therapists, were wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, are obviously concerned about their patients, and go the extra mile to ensure you are as comfortable as possible with the treatment you're receiving. They do their best to schedule appointments around your schedule, and are very flexible. A shout out to my therapists Anthony, Sierra and Allie. You were great to work with and made PT fun. My knee is stronger thanks to you all, and the follow up exercises you provided for me to do at home are definitely helping. Thank you for an awesome experience and I'll be back if I need PT again.
Caring professional PT practice. Supportive vibe, excellent therapy for my balance and arthritis issues. One on one attention got my 77 year old self up and running again! I would give them a 10 if I could!!!
A company that is so worth working for. A community that cares about each other but also their patients. I would recommend at the physical therapist I work along side of to anyone I know needing pt. A community worth being apart of from both sides of the table
I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Amesbury, and give it five stars because you will receive five star treatment. Everyone is a professional, and will treat you courteously and respectfully, including the support staff from the time you enter the office till the time you leave. The therapists truly listen to what you say, and treat you with their extensive knowledge to bring about the best for your body that day. They are encouraging and provide hope for you while you get stronger and better. I worked with Anthony and he is fabulous!
Holy cow I went here after I was unhappy with the service I was getting elsewhere and my mind is officially blown. First off they must have done about 4 tests that the other company I was seeing never even tried on me because they must have not even knew they existed. Second off if I had a dollar for every time I've mentioned how much better the quality of service was here to someone in the past few weeks I would probably have at least like 20 bucks. Third off they did a great job educating me on some of the reasons why I'm experiencing the pain I'm in and how to change my daily habits to help reduce it moving forward. I mean overall that's the point right. Thanks again!
Professional PT in Amesbury is the best. I switched over from another local PT outfit and I’m just so much happier here with Matt Smith and all of the staff. It’s so welcoming and the atmosphere is always upbeat. Everybody knows your name and they work so hard to meet all patients needs. I’ve learned so much about my body and how best to work on my health. My questions are always answered and clearly the staff is very well trained. They live up to the name - Professional with the extra added bonus of being extremely kind and caring and funny and respectful. Thank you all for all you do. Sue Giallombardo.
Exceptional care! Matt and the team at Professional Physical Therapy cared for me pre and post ACL surgery. The staff is highly professionally and worked with me to get me back skiing after 11 months. I’ve still been coming for continuing care and full body wellness. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!!!
So far so good! It's bustling , but I don't feel like I'm just a number.Thanks so much Alex bc I although really like you, I really can't wait ro remove you from my calendar at every week! Lol. I recommend this group I don't feel manhandled I feel respected, and it's a really good environment clean and light but not TOO BRIGHT ... i've been in PT I think for half of my life for one issue or another and I feel Finally I'm taking time for myself to heal – this wasn't a DO IT OR ELSE this is for me. I feel this treatment approach is making me stronger in a caring way. Ty for helping me get better.
A huge thank you to therapists Matt, Zach, Anthony and rehab aide Ally for making my experience at Pro PT a great one. I cannot recommend them enough. They all genuinely care about your progress and because of them I’m finally able to walk on my feet all day and not be in excruciating pain. They are a friendly staff who made all my sessions of PT fun! I was genuinely sad when my discharge day came, but if I ever need physical therapy again I know exactly where I’m going!
All of the people who work here are very kind, polite, understanding and pleasant. They are all so professional and truly knowledgeable. It is a very pleasant place to go even if you are in horrible pain. They have given me so much hope and encouragement. Each time I go, I feel improvement!!! Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!!
