Free Health and Fitness Boot Camp
Project Dahlonega Boot Camp is a co-ed fitness program designed to assist, motivate, and educate individuals in fitness and healthy nutrition. Our workout sessions utilize the concept of muscle confusion and body weight exercises with a balanced mixture of cardio, strength, and agility.
While we recognize that each persons fitness level and ability is different, our workouts are created in a way that each fitness level can achieve their maximum fitness potential in a group setting.. This "no one left behind" mentality underscores our commitment to every member of the group. Each member is surrounded by motivated people who share a similar goal and a "Can Do" attitude!
