Project SEARCH - WRMC is a high school transition program designed to prepare last-year students in the local area for their entrance into the competitive workplace after graduation.
Project SEARCH is a collaborative partnership between Watertown Regional Medical Center, Watertown Unified School District, Bethesda Lutheran Communities, long-term care agencies, and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. We aim to help each intern obtain employment upon graduation from high school through an innovative model that benefits the individual, workplace, and community. Together, we provide work-based learning opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities to prepare them for the world of work and competitive, integrated employment.
