ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital Family Medicine - Newport

This place is a joke. I call for myself and my daughter at 12:45 this afternoon. Was told sure hurry up and come in within 10 minutes. We arrived at 12:56. Filled out the paperwork which took 10 minutes gave all the insurance info. Took my daughter back first. Now it's1:44 p.m. she sat back there until 2:00 p.m. and was told she can't be seen due to her insurance. Aren't they supposed to do an insurance check before you go back? Neither of us got seen. Should have just went to quick care from the beginning. Do not recommend this quack. Wasted over an hour when I could have already been seen at the Monroe's quick care on Stewart Rd. What a joke. I'm so pissed off that I wasted my time for nothing. Seriously if you want a decent place that is going to actually treat you. Don't use this place. Wow what a let down.
