Dr Brodsky and Dr Craig are absolutely amazing!! Very knowledgeable, caring and answer questions very throughly!! All the staff at this office are very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend going here for your yearly woman exams and other needs!!
Cori is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her the past couple years & she sticks out above all others. She is so kind, takes her time & is SO knowledgeable. She doesn’t treat you like another time slot like other doctors. The staff has always been super kind to me. I needed to have a follow up from my previous appointment because I had additional questions & the receptionist got me in within the next couple days! I have recommend this place to many other women & will continue to.
Had my first appointment today, I seen Dr. Li and this is the best doctor I’ve been to. Both her and the student doctor listened to me thoroughly and even brought up getting certain testing I had never heard of or thought about and even eased my anxieties about certain contraception. I felt very safe there. I switched there after my previous GYN kept canceling on me a day before my appointment and they always had a habit of telling me they ‘squeezed me in’ and not giving me many options or listening to me so I was scared it would happen again, but it’s a very warm atmosphere.
Would first like to add that none of the negative reviews on here which is quite a lot have any response from the owners. The owners have only responded to the positive ones and that shows such poor professionalism and respect for their patients on their end. My friend comes to this same OB and she posted a negative review a couple months ago and it is gone and she did not delete it, if that doesn’t tell you about how unprofessional they are Before I add why I gave them 1 star, I’d like to add that Dr. Li is the best OBGYN out there!! She has been so great, kind and thorough with everything with me. Reassured me about all of my worries and problems. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to be my Obgyn!! The reason I gave 1 star is because of the front desk staff. I can not even begin to express how rude they are and disrespectful. Every time I have showed up, the front desk lady older lady with blonde hair to her shoulders has been so rude and disrespectful, acts like she is better than anyone and it’s an inconvenience for her to help the patient. Has such a bad attitude. Every time I’ve called and came in for an appointment they all have been EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. They do not handle patients or problems well at all. I have only stayed because of Dr. Li but it’s almost come to a point that the front desk staff is so rude that I might look for a new doctor. Do not recommend this place.
Dr Goldschmidt, Dr Brodsky, Dr Li, Jessica & Courtney have all been absolutely amazing during my entire pregnancy & now my postpartum treatment. I've been recommending this practice to all of my friends. I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone at this practice has been.
Great obgyn, but I’ve been having an issue for about 4 days and I can’t get ahold of them. They have no business hours and I can’t get ahold of the “on call doctor” it’s literally Monday and haven’t been able to get ahold of them all day. When you call it just says “we are either on lunch or outside of normal business hours” yet have no information anywhere on what the normal business hours are… it’s very upsetting when you need help but can’t reach out to the people that you need and have no information on when you can reach out to them .
When I went in the check in/out staff were very rude. They asked me to fill out transfer slips of documents and when I filled them out wrong the lady huffed and puffed about having to redo them; even after I had mentioned her rudeness her demeanor did not change. On top of that, they called me in a script that was not filled by my pharmacy- so when I called to ask they send it to a different pharmacy on a Friday they did not send it in. I called back on Monday 11am expressing how I needed the script and by Tuesday it was still not called into the pharmacy. The pharmacy called me back stating they had “no record” of the prescription; seems it was deleted! The prescription was vital to my well being. I would not recommend in the slightest.
This is one of those "If I could give zero stars, I would" situations. I was refused medical services at this office--which is not an exaggeration. When I made my first appointment a referral from my primary care, they affirmed that they accepted self-pay, as long as I knew I had to pay upfront. I'm used to this, so that was fine. WEEKS LATER, I get to the appointment, but the receptionist was confused by my self-pay status. Thinking it would help, I clarified that I am part of a cost-sharing ministry, but get billed as a self-pay patient. Hearing this, the receptionist and the office manager claimed that ProMedica had decided to no longer accepted patients with that type of coverage. I tried to explain that I am self-pay, which they accept, but the office manager still would not let me keep the appointment. I left completely humiliated, having wasted my time not only that morning but in waiting weeks for the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment with a different NON ProMedica provider who affirmed that self-pay and the cost-sharing ministry was acceptable. Then I sent a contact form to ProMedica about my experience and asked if that was really their policy. The next day I received an email saying that I SHOULD have been seen as a self-pay patient, and apologizing for the miscommunication. Good to know that such discrimination is not actually ProMedica's policy, but that does not help the fact that I was *refused medical services* and was embarrassed and misinformed and my time wasted by ignorant staff.
They were all friendly and right on time. Cori really took time out of her day to help me in deciding what was right for me.
