My 2 years of experience living at Prosper has been ok so far, my only concern is that they need an on ground securities due to a lot of car break ins. Yes it's comfortable living within my apartment but very concerning of our personal properties on the community grounds, I feel that there's a great need for all unit's to be renovated for the upscaling of rent price, Our community should have more activities for our young especially our pool and playground. Our community pool should be allow to be at use during spring time not just summer, due to our kids out of school it should be more better maintenance with our pool and area. Our community playground should be renovated with more outdoor addition. Now the office staff's are amazing and understanding Mrs. Emily and Ms. Lakesha they put in the effort to make sure all tenants are aware of changes and concerns. Maintenance could be more better in maintaining the community grounds and fixtures. But as for my unit it's a blessing to me and my family nice sq. Feet with barely any issues to our unit. Only thing is disturbing is our doors that can't close properly with out slamming it, all the units next to mines have to slam there door I feel there's a need of fixing this issue. And Maintenance needs to respect that if it's in the office request files not to enter in a home they should not twist and turn our door knobs, not saying all do but in particular cause my daughter who's at age felt not safe. But besides what I have spoken Prosper is ok not the best but ok to live at depending on which units is given. As for me I'm in the front by office so I like my unit easy access to gym and pool.
The apartments are nice but there’s a roach infestation. Real bad. That’s a major turn off. I understand if you a roach once in while because we have pest control. But it’s bad that it comes out in groups at night and they are still visible in the day. That’s a problem I have kids. The apartments needs better treatment than some pest control spray.
I moved in July 2022 and overall it's been a great experience. The fellow tenants I've met are friendly and helpful. The management and staff are amazing, help, and beautiful. I can recall a few months after moving in I purchased a bookcase I couldn't get upstairs and a nearby neighbor came and helped take it upstairs. I was encouraged that I was living in the right complex with good neighbors.
Lakesha in the office is amazing!! I was new to the area and needed to find a place to live for graduate school. Lakesha has gone above and beyond for me since the beginning. After scheduling a viewing online and driving hours to the city for the first time, it began to storm very badly. I was told that no one could show me the unit I drove 3+ hours to see. Lakesha not only got out in the rain to give me a tour, she also worked on prices for units that weren't yet remodeled and marketed incorrectly online. Recently, she has also helped negotiate the price increase for my current lease renewal. It is not easy to move to a new city alone for school, and it can be very expensive, but my experience would not have been the same if it had not been for Lakesha. She's the best! Prosper definitely has some room for improvement physically, but the apartment has been great for me. The maintenance men are always right there if you need something and constantly working to make this place better! Overall, great staff.
Living here has been a blessing. You don't have to know your neighbors by name to realize that they look out for you. My car windshield was cracked by a rock coming back from St. Augustine and the following morning one of my neighbors knocked on my door to let me know that it was broken. I appreciated the fact that she was looking out for me. Whether it's someone looking out for your car or walking by and stops to help you unload cases of water so you don't get hurt, it all makes living here pleasant experience.
Honestly one of the nicest apartments I’ve ever lived in! I just moved in and can already tell this place is great! The leasing process was smooth and quick and Ms.Lakeisha and Ms.Krystal were super sweet and answered all 10 million of my questions I’ve had. The property is beautiful and very well lit as well as quiet. My downstairs neighbors are lovely and everyone I’ve met so far is very nice. The property location is perfect on a city like this as I don’t have to drive more than 10 minutes to get anywhere. The apartment was clean and orderly when I moved in and they were oh so helpful when I did move in. Great place! Would highly recommend
It has been five months since I have moved to Prosper Azalea City apartments. The ladies in the leasing office and the maintenance team are wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. My maintenance request have been answered immediately. I have no complaints and will most likely be renewing my lease here.
Very good customer service and very friendly. They look out for their residents. Would definitely recommend anybody to come here.
New tenant as my family just moved in this week; However so far the experience has been wonderful. The community seems fairly quite even at night, along with being well lit. The apartment itself looks great. Ms. Crystal and Ms. Lakesha in the office were wonderful to deal with and really help us get settled quickly.
My 77 year old Mother lives here by herself almost two years now. It’s a Nice place especially for the price. 1. Safe and well Lit at night 2. Clean and well maintained 3. Nice pool and playground 4. Staff is super nice 5. Neighbors are extremely Nice 6. Family oriented 7. Conveniently located in town 8. Trash dumpsters Always empty 9. Beautiful mature landscaping especially the tall Pines 10. It’s Quiet at night all day really If I had to list one complaint is sometimes people park on the sidewalk in front their apartments instead of the parking lots. As of late they cracked down on it. All around nice Place to call HOME. My mom just signed a two year extension on her lease. She loves it here!
