Welcome to Provo CrossFit. Our community of athletes are comprised of a wide range of people from various backgrounds but we have all found a community of friendly competition and exciting adventures in fitness often allowing us to do things we, ourselves, didn't think we could do.
We're parents & grandparents, college and even high school students, professionals and at-home parents, runners, hikers, ball-players and weekend warriors. We're fun, friendly and enjoy getting fit together.
Classes are one hour, on the hour:
M-Th: 6, 7, 9am, 5, 6, 7, 8pm
Fri: 6, 7, 9am, 5, 6pm
Sat: 8, 9am & 10am open gym
Drop in fee: $10, payable online at provocrossfit.wodify.com or in the gym. Please have at least 3 months of crossfit experience and come early enough to introduce yourself to the coach.
We welcome new athletes to try us out! Come to one of our free intro classes Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings by signing up at provocrossfit.wodify.com. If you need an intro class at another time, message us and we may be able to make arrangements (for a small trainer's fee).
