EMS services was very unprofessional. They didn't follow the guidelines . they didn't have no mask on . I ask them why there not wearing a mask and they said why do they need a mask for ? and they was really unprofessional when answering concerned questions. I was very unhappy .
I am an RN and had the pleasure of asking for help from these guys today and they were amazing! All of them were so kind and helpful and I just want to say thank you to Chris, Michael, Jerry and Steve! Chris and Michael were friendly while still being task oriented and that friendliness was refreshing! All to often we get caught up in our jobs and we sometimes forget to be kind: not today! You guys are great!!! Thank yo .

They do NOT install car seats. So don't listen to the tv or your doctor's.
