Not a bad public car park, but it's small and the spaces fill up very quickly. There are public restrooms here. If you're willing to look around town, especially in the southern part of downtown Solvang, you can find plenty of street parking all within easy walking distance of all the shops.
The whole drive up, tilting at windmills, and anxious about my child's sleep. It's sunny. Of course it is - this is still California and there's no hiding. The gift shops span the scale. The baking is for tourists. Hey, I'm a tourist!
big, free, central lot
Very convenient to have free parking throughout the Solvang shopping area. Some year we will visit at Christmas!

You have to be early, parking fills up quick. But wait a bit and somebody will eventually leave.
Convenient but normally crowded. Good signage on the street to find it.
