Placed a pickup order for a couple wraps from the deli and arrived on time to pick it up when it said it would be ready. Nothing in the pick-up shelf. Waited 15 minutes before someone bothered to ask what I was waiting for. The gentleman did not see too bothered by the delay and now it’s been 30 minutes and I’m still standing here. I could’ve gone to subway several times by now. Very disappointed in the service here.
The Deli will make you lose your mind. There are 9 people trying to look busy doing nothing. The 2 people making subs keep leaving and no one covers for them! I have been waiting for 30 minutes and there were only 4 of us in line! I will NEVER be back to this E/W connector location! Ridiculous!
Store selection is great! Clean and organized and checkout is always efficient. I started shopping at Publix in the late nineties. I have been a loyal shopper because of the customer and quality of generic items. It has changed so I am looking at changing too.
Staff are very polite and knowledgeable, like other Publixes. Store is clean and organized, and safe: officer friendly was at the front. Amazing selection of flowers. See pic. Decent selection of wines and beer, even “Emergency Drinking Beer”. See pic. Nice to grab fresh pizza dough. See pic.
Much cleaner than the closest competitor. The BOGO deals are worth the trip every time.

I used to love this Publix, but now when I go, a lot of the products I need aren't available. One of my biggest issues though is the fruit. I've returned or exchanged fruit so many times that I probably won't be buying any from here anymore. It may not be the fault of Publix, but they may need new suppliers. I'm not entirely sure, but the quality has gone way down.
All of the items I intended to purchase were available! Publix also gave me flowers as a shopper's perk, and a couple of the store representatives were most helpful in finding the correct ones for me. My shopping experience was excellent!!
Lisa was such a pleasure to talk to, she worked at the flower department and was so personable. She seemed happy to be there and was very knowledgeable about publix and their services. Really appreciated it!
Above and beyond customer service. Kay, a bagger, gave exceptional customer service. She made a trip to your store a pleasant experience. Thanks
