Best pharmacy staff. Good RX helps significantly here, for out-of-pocket costs. The only pharmacy I’ve ever been to where multiple people had a friendly and caring disposition.

Consistently slow and underperforming. I have received liquid antibiotics that were not even mixed…was literally powder. Have made no apparent effort to offset the increased traffic from the oak ridge rebuild.

I'm not sure why everyone raves about this Publix pharmacies. Most publix pharmacy associates are not exactly very helpful, friendly, or even polite. Most store associates at Southgate are nice and helpful, but not in the pharmacy. Also, don't know why, but I feel you always have to wait a long time to get your prescriptions. Cleveland Heights Pharmacy is still the best pharmacy in town in my opinion.

Never had a bad experience with this Pharmacy. They clearly go above and beyond to help and answer any questions. Life long customer for sure.

I like Publix but the pharmacy always seems to take a lot longer than CVS. They also claim to have free antibiotics but this is not completely true as I had to pay for our sons antibiotic today. We gave them a chance more than once but ended up dissatisfied every time. Publix has a superior shopping experience but inferior pharmacy in my opinion.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are low and sometimes even free, like antibiotics.  A great variety of generic choices, over the counter medicine as well as equipment. They will help you find any medication if they don't have it, even calling other pharmacies to find it.  Come see for yourself and enjoy shopping in a friendly atmosphere.

Nice ppl on the window. She attempted to get the information we needed. She was a great help. Not many would give you the time of day, she spent her day helping us. Thank you.

The pharmacy gals, i wish I had grabbed their names, were great and Willie in the bakery makes a mean sub! Gabby and Brooke helped me out with getting a cart and I appreciated  it! I was exhausted  from  the hospital  and wasn't  planning on buy some food.

Came here with my wife for pregnancy symptoms and they saw us right away.  Hard to get through to anyone but once you do theyre extremely helpful.  Mrs. Sandy is excellent and really cared about my wifes well being.  We will definitely be comeing back for further visits!  Thank you so much!

We ordered subs at the deli around 8 pm. We knew they were closing after a while but didn't expect the attitudes we got from the two deli employees. They didn't want to deal with us at all and were very rude. The African American employee, I unfortunately didnt get her name, slammed the items on the counter every time she had to bring something out. She saw that we had a list in our hands and barely gave me time to look and tell her what to put on the sub before she started to get an attitude. Not to mention everything she put on the sub she slapped on there with juice flying everywhere so by the time we got home, half the bread was soggy and the $8 sandwiches tasted gross and mushy. We will NEVER come here again. Publix is known for their customer service and this location does not have it at all, at least at the deli. We were at a Publix in Tampa a couple of weeks ago, also ordering subs near closing and the employee was very polite and did her job well even though she had to keep going to the back to get our ingredients. The management needs to look into hiring new employees who don't have an attitude while doing the job they get paid to do.
