Always friendly & clean atmosphere. I feel good when I shop at Publix! The employees are always pleasant and welcoming. I also got the biggest, thickest, juiciest, most yummy chicken tenders bacon ranch sub EVER!!!
Who doesn’t love Publix? The stores are clean, the shelves are well stocked, and the employees are friendly. The deli selections are good along with bakery and prepared food options. Publix…where shopping is a pleasure…I agree.
Been going here for well over a year now. Anymore the store has been hit or miss for service, and the quality of some of the products. Often will find some friut with mold on it, and some prepared fruit that was just poor quality. Got a prepared salad the other day, and some of the lettuce was brown and wilted. Most of the employees are pleasant and helpful, but there are a few that seem like they are having a bad day, or simply don't like their jobs!
Publix is always a good grocery store trip. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and kind, and the products are thoughtfully arranged neatly. They also have a private bathroom in addition to a larger open bathroom, both for public use, which makes this a very good place for people to go who have needs that require privacy in a restroom more than a flimsy door with huge gaps on both sides can provide. Publix is also a place which stocks several off beat items that private chefs are thankful to be able to buy in store, not having to order online and wait for. Different spices, several types of ethnic foods, condiments, and things of that nature that all the other big chains usually do not have at all. I am from Pennsylvania, and I would compare Publix to Wegman’s in the Northeastern US, or if anyone is familiar with Lowe’s Foods, it is comparable to that chain as well. Currently, in southeastern Tennessee, I haven’t seen any Lowe’s Foods, sadly. I was hoping there may be one around the area. Publix is my favorite higher end grocery store in the Chattanooga area.
I love this Publix! Most any produce I want, I can find. Today I was notified by my bank, to get a new card, due to fraud. I had almost $200 worth of groceries. Zeppelin, one their associates offered to place my cart in a cooler, until I returned. Specifically, I like all Publix that I have visited. Friendly service, the items I want, and clean stores/restrooms. What's not to like?
THANK YOU, PUBLIX HIXSON, FOR ALL THE DONATIONS YOU GAVE TO GOD'S ABUNDANT GRACE MINISTRY, ON MONDAY DECEMBER 26TH WE WERE ABLE TO GIVE OUT MANY HEALTHY FOOD BOXES TO MANY FAMILIES IN NEED!" PRAISING GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW DAILY
Everybody knows Publix is fairly expensive. I wish when you're standing there checking out little basket of groceries for a couple hundred bucks they'd treat it with a little more care. I was pretty upset to have my bakery fruit tart and apples scanned and then just slammed down the chute to the bagperson. I had to grab my tart to keep them from chucking it down in a bag with milk and frozen pizza.
They take pride in their store. I live near this one, and it has always been super clean, friendly, and well stocked.
The best grocery store chain, ever!! Friendly workers, great food and all items, choices, available! Always so clean and it just always has had a good, inviting spirit in their stores!
As always, the quality of goods is amazing. The only issue is what appears to be forcing customers to use the self check out. Since I'm not on Publix payroll it's fair to expect a store employee to work the cash register.
