Smaller than the newer Publix stores around us, this is a wonderful place to shop. I interact weekly with 3 departments. All are excellent. Deli, Seafood and the Bakery. Bobby, in Bakery, was willing to experiment to make a bread I like larger and more sandwich-like. Special effort by his bakers to use a "loaf" pan to get the best out of the 100% Whole Wheat, 5 Grain bread. It is nice to have that customer service.
I mean publix is great as it is. Charles made it better. He was working in the produce section and outside of anticipating my need and getting me a basket while i was juggling 5 things in my hand, he had fantastic energy about him. He was greeting other customers and they greeted him with the same warmth. Happy to see this type of service. These are the type of people that are ideal for management. Charles if you get to read this. Keep om vibrating at that frequency, energy like that will take you to the best of places.
The pharmacy staff were very helpful. This Publix doesn't have a drive thru but they do have curbside pickup. Great in-store BOGOs as well. The deli meals are tasty and reasonably priced.
Store is extremely clean and well stocked. Employees were very upbeat and helpful. It seemed that each one greeted me with a cheerful hello and several thanked me for my service as I was wearing a veterans ball cap.
Our favorite Publix! We just left the store and a sweet older lady who works there, I believe Martha, was giving away free toys to kids! She had bought the toys with her own money. My daughter was so happy and we are so thankful for Publix’s holiday spirit and kindness!
Love this Publix! Employees are cheerful and helpful, and the store is clean and bright. Butcher offers to make up a package for me when it is not out front. Cashiers and baggers always helpful.
Can pretty much always find everything I need here. Store is always stocked up. Love how fresh the produce always is. Lines are always fast! Love that you can be in and out in a timely manner!
This is my absolute favorite Publix to shop at, even though I have 4 within a 10 minute drive from my home. Always stocked, always clean, friendly staff. Deli is by far the best of any. I go out of my way to go there, but it helps that it's close to Lowe's and Harbor Freight, which I also frequent.
Vegetables were not fresh like they used to be. Everything looked wilted and old. Prices have increased as product quality has diminished. Customer service used to include a smile or a kind word and now the atmosphere feels obsessive. So disappointed.
Every visit to Eustice I have to go here. The selection is excellent, the bakery is fantastic, the staff are responsive. The only downside is that it can be hard to find some items, the layout does not follow typical grocery store logic. Also, no Cheerwine Zero!
