Don't go at the wrong time 1:00 and no one restocked the Hot bar and the Soda machine was a mess
I miss it very much, now I deal with Immokalee store and not so good. 10 min in line with 10 or less and a lady had a whole cart full of items and she proceeded to talk to her friend the cashier as if they were at home having drinks. 3 of us in line joked about how third world that was. So if you want to see what a grocery store in a 3rd world to see what its like go to Immokalee and 41 store. I'm gonna drive to my old store where civilized people shop
My son has autism and ate a chicken wing... They called the police and had him trespassed. Most horrible pubix experience I could have paid for a wing instead they threw the book at my son.
We went shopping for groceries at Publix yesterday. We wanted to make dinner for our host in Naples, as a thank you for hosting. My wife asked an employee for assistance very long dark hair , but she just ignored her. When my wife finally caught up to her , she said "I don't speak English. Let me get someone that does". In perfect English. She only spoke Spanish. My told her my husband speaks Spanish. The employee came up to and asked if I spoke Spanish ? While pointing at me with attitude. Directed me to the water aisle number 8. I asked her if tyey store sold la Croix sparkling water. She just kept repeating aisle 8, Idon't know. She would not even listen to what I was asking her. My wife insisted I let it go. If we were not so excited to cook a great dinner today I would have left everything with the store manager. Horrible customer service!We only spent $210!
I recently lost my phone in this Publix supermarket and Renee was extremely helpful in helping me find it. I was very close to giving up and her kind energy and determination helped me immensely. I really appreciate her taking the time to notice me when a lot of others did not.
It was such a clean publix. The bathrooms were impeccable, they have a seating area, all types of different services inside. Very polite staff.
There are always like 4 or 5 ladies I believe they work for instacart they are always in the tables they are sitting there and a customer like mine self buying don't have a table to eat my sandwich because of this ladies managers should not allow these ladies seat at the tables waiting for her orders of instacart that is for customers only .
This was probably the nicest publix ive ever been to. Very clean and organized and new feeling. Lots of choices including a Starbucks located inside! My only complaint was checkout and the sub line was very slow compared to most other Publix ive been to. Then again we are in Naples there is no rush!
After having had my amazing experience at this particular store my life has been changed forever it will never be the same. I experienced wonders so miraculous that trying to tell you would just be illusionary. I would tell you if you've never been to the store you should be ashamed of yourself especially if you live in Naples Florida. So go ahead and give it a shot you'll be surprised by the lavish wonders of this Publix.
