If I were voting on the employees alone, I would have given 5 stars. They are always friendly and helpful. The 3 stars is for the lack of parking, and the shopping experience can quite literally turn into a fiasco because of all the people. That's why I typically end up going to Ingles ‍
My favorite. We shop here weekly because it is larger than other area Public stores and therefore wider inventory. Prices competitive, very friendly, helpful staff. Very fresh milk, meat, produce, bread, etc. Convenient access from I-985.
Deli very poor costumer service. Waiting for help to get food . A employee left to something .left me at the counter ask other employee to help really bad service
The customer service was very good but their store was not very well stocked. All in all, it was a pretty good trip even though I wasn't able to find any of the items.... Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
I had such an amazing experience with the deli. The women serving me was the most amazing person ever. I made sure to look at her name tag and her name is April! I will definitely come back just so I can see her again. Her customer serves was so great. Like actually no lie, she made my whole night!
What a pleasant shopping experience. While I was walking in the store I was asked by 2 employees if I needed assistance. I was shocked usually employees are scared of the customer. Then I hit the deli counter and the ladies there were so nice and kind. Even gave me some samples. I bought some Boars Head Olive Loaf and Horseradish cheese. It was so good!
Publix is the best, POP- People are Priority was one of their campaigns over forty years ago and still holds true today, stores are always clean and well stocked, staff are always helpful and professional, detail is something grocery stores have forgotten but not Publix they continue to follow professional service standards treating each guest like they appreciate their business and want you to return, Keep up the good work
Why is it at every single public that the line for the deli sandwiches is ridiculously long? Nothing employees seem to move with a sense of urgency or prudence. As if I have all day to spend there. I honestly don't know how anybody makes it back before the lunch break is over.
This Publix was voted the friendliest Publix in GA in 2014 and its still the friendliest Publix I've been to. It's always clean and the people are super friendly. Highly recommended!
This store uses to be awesome… however very disappointed with the produce, onions all rotted, oranges, tangerines and all the bananas were not ripe. The shopping experience sucks, they have people stocking the isles during shopping hours so it makes it impossible to get around them if anyone is coming the other way. It’s really difficult to shop at any Publix now! What happened to night stockers?
