Needed to buy a few things and stopped by. The cashier was very nice! Check out was quick, efficient, and was very friendly.
Bruce, who was working on 7/10/23 @ 7:30pm went above and beyond to take care of myself and other customers. He came from another department after noticing there was a line forming in electronics. I came to purchase a tv which I didn’t touch until I got home. He was professional, courteous and a complete gentleman through the whole process. Thank you, Bruce. -Greg
Went in to buy a vacuum cleaner. Get to the register to price match the price on the manufacturers website and they refused to match the price. They told me it’s not one of the sites that they can use. It’s the manufacture of the products website why wouldn’t you use that. The store has gone downhill. Used to be all about customer service now they don’t care ridiculous.
Poorest of customer experiences! Zero star, not an option. : Have encountered some very rude young ladies, others don't want hassled. You can never shop anyway for the stockers down every isle. I'm done with this store. Notice- The reviews that were good were from quite a few years ago. This place has went to the dogs.
This is a great location. Clean and organized as are most all Target Stores. Staff were available and helpful. Good prices and decent clearance items. Stock is a little low on some things but they directed me to other stores in the area. Lines were fast if you do the self-checkout.
Anthony, young man who works in electronics and guests was very rude. Asked for help and told me to wait while he flirted with female coworkers. As was walking to guest services he used profane language before speaking into a radio while walking alongside me. Hope he remembers and realizes rudeness is something all customers pay attention to. Hope manager looks into this and either corrects this or removes this employee before customers start walking away from this store.
Have had a few mishaps with drive up. Once they brought me a toy that had clearly been opened and damaged. Today I picked up an order which they put a leaky bottle of clorox bleach cleaner in with clothing and the clothing was damaged. Had to go in to exchange. It also leaked onto the carpet of my vehicle. Self check out typically has a long line and they only keep one register with a live person open.
So sad how far down this Target has gone in the past two years. Wow! I guess I'll have to spend elsewhere. Luckily Publix has amazing customer service and they're right across the street. Thanks Publix, I'll be right over.
I’m on the spectrum with major anxiety and have limitations. Order Pickup was a big help. Now this location has no Order Pickup or Drive Up options, and apparently has no plans to fix that problem. That’s just shameful.
The cashier that checked me out needs a serious lesson on bagging. I brought a large reusable bag. She put 3 items in it and said that not all was going to fit in there and proceeded to use plastic. I arrange the items and told her to put as much in there as she could. She proceeded to hand the items to me and said “I don’t know where you want them”. Then rudely started throwing them in. Not good customer service.
