I stopped there to cash some lottery tickets and the people at the service desk were very fast and efficient The pleasure to see for a change. Eyebrows around the store a little bit it was nice, clean and the workers were friendly two of them asked if I needed any help finding something which is great if I needed to find something. It always seems when I do need to find something I can't find anybody to help me. It was kind of funny this way! Overall I give the store five stars
THE BEST Publix I’ve been to! All of the staff is on point all the time. I am in this location daily and I can honestly say, I look for reasons to go. If you like to browse and read labels like I do, this is your Publix. I’ve had employees go as far as googling something like what coffee is zero caffeine. Then, finding it and handing it to me. The answer to that, btw is there is no coffee with zero caffeine. Just a chicory substitute they carry called ROMA. Which is amazing! And I know all of this because they went above and beyond every single time I’m in there!
BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER KATIE - My husband and I have been fans of Publix for years and have been shopping at this location since 2019. So it was a surprise to me the recent interaction I had with the customer service manager KATIE. I went in because a $100 gift card a friend had purchased from Publix was not working. I went in with the gift receipt to see how they could help. The manager didn't want to help at all. She spent more time talking about the fraud that happens with gift cards then trying to come up with solutions. She told me that I would need to contact the gift card supplier directly and there was nothing she could do. I asked for corporate number then immediately called them in the parking lot. With in 5 mins they helped get the money on the card and told me that what happen was not Publix procedure. That she should have contacted them to reissue a gift card which takes up to a week at longest. The store manager reached out to apologize which was nice but it was clear this wasn't the first case of poor service by the Customer Service Manager Katie and I'm sure it's not the last!
My go to place. Prices are a bit higher from competitors but products are great. I bought grapes the last time and the quality is by far so good but the price is high. Still bought it as I go for the quality. Foods that you can consume and not ended up throwing.
This store has simply become overcrowded for the area. Navigating the parking lot was like in a demolition derby. Drivers do not either pay attention or care where you are going. Common courtesy is a thing of the past. The store seems smaller than some of the other stores in the area and the inside was a little dark with the lighting.
Always stocked and clean. All the employees, including management, are always willing to help with a smile. And did I mention that their bakery department is the best in the business .
I usually LOVE Publix. The stores are clean and the staff friendly and helpful, but it's not a cheap place to shop. However, the helpfulness and cleanliness outweighs the prices. Except for the pharmacy. Recently, I called to get a prescription refilled. The phone system has an option just for this. I reordered my prescription and the phone system told me that it'd be ready on 1/20. I live in a very rural area so a trip to Publix is about 40 minutes one way and gas ain't cheap right now. I drove out there to get my prescription and the clerk at the pharmacy told me that it wouldn't be ready until 1/29 or later due to the insurance not approving it until then. I asked why they told me that it'd be ready on 1/20. She said that the IVR I think that's what she called it doesn't know anything about insurance. I asked then why did it give me a date and she said I needed to call to find out when it'd actually be ready. WHAT??!! Then why did it tell me any date??? So I asked her when it would be ready. She said either the 29th or later. It'll all depend on how busy they are. Again, I get this, but the clerk was...while not rude, she was abrupt and acted like I should know all this stuff. Well, I don't. They need to change the system so that it tells you to call to find out when the prescription will be ready, but the real problem was the person in pharmacy. Like I said, she wasn't rude but she also wasn't friendly. This is the kind of service that I expect from Walmart but not Publix. This store is no longer convenient for me since I now work from home. Maybe it's time to change my pharmacy.
This is a well run Publix. Friendly staff, and super clean store. Great location too.
I ordered groceries from this store through Instacart! One of the groceries I ordered is sausage Patties. The meat tasted funny so we went to another Publix to buy another one to make a comparison. Same brand, same flavor, and same expiration date. Look at the picture you would be shocked! The one from this store looks brown! Apparently, the meat has been spoiled! And they put it on the shelf to sell them to customers, how disgusting
I love publix, its very rare not to find what I'm looking for. The service great and the staff is quick to help when they can.
