Great casual restaurant experience. Generous seating and parking with an option for outdoor seating. Beautiful interiors covered in unique mural art and features hot sauce bar. Queso lovers will be right at home. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly.
Florida’s best Mexican and it’s not even close. There is no sauce bar like the one at Tijuana flats and it’s iconic. The slap my a$$ and call me sally is top tier. They have an all star lineup of sauces + an incredible menu to go with it. The dueling queso is a must and so are their tacos and flautas. I love the bowls and burritos too. Tuesday is the day to go with the specials.
For the price of the food,lack of manager customer service and the excuses they have why they can't give your money back or remake you food is ridiculous. Then use a black knife to touch your food why you're watching them then flat out lie and say we didn't touch your food is unacceptable. I will never return to this location again. I will drive to Lakemary where I know they rock and roll and take care of their customers. I work in customer service and they all need to be retrained.
Getting tired of giving Winter Springs location chances. Seriously? This is how you fill your tacos? After 1pm, no rush, and 2 booths with 2. There is NO EXCUSE, absolutely NO EXCUSE!!!!! May 16th 2023.
The burrito I ordered was so wet looked like soupy mayonnaise water in the bottom of my to go box that it literally fell apart when I took the first bite. Flavors weren't bad, but I was surprised that the chips and salsa don't come with any salsa, you have to pay extra for that. I found that very odd indeed. After all, your establishment has a wonderful variety of hot sauces, why cheap out on the salsa?
I ordered take out and upon me getting home and opening up my food there are black jalapeños all over my tacos. I was missing a complete item and barely any chips were in with my meals. Very bad day today to go.Food: 1/5

Horrible service. The food was prepared incorrectly AND burnt. Items ordered were missing. When they delivered the food to the table with the burrito burnt to the point where the tortilla was burnt all the way through with a hole exposing the beans. The quesadilla was all wrong. Additionally we ordered salsa to go with the chips.... When we told the employee we were missing items she talked over us, rolled her eyes, told us that is how it is. Worst service ever!
Tijuana Flats used to be incredible. Not so much anymore. The shredded chicken is just completely a mistake and should be removed from the menu. It's bland and awful and makes everything soggy.Food: 1/5
Will never go back to this place again. Stood there for 45 minutes waiting for a to go order that apparently “never printed”. Once the ticket magically appeared, they were in the kitchen making fun of my wife’s name. Then when I finally got my food I asked for a side of sour cream and it took 10 minutes for me to get it after asking 3 different people. The first one walked out and looked at me several times. By the time i got home 30 seconds away my food was cold. My pregnant wife is not happy.
