Pulido's Mexican Restaurant

We popped in for a quick bite before our Painting With a Twist reservation next door. The food came out so fast they didn't have time to bring the chips and queso appetizer before the meal. The waiter was very attentive, check on us at least 4 times. Hubby actually ate the rice and beans because they were so flavorful, which he usually never does. Guacamole was excellent, very fresh, not a fancy recipe. Really liked the beef taco filling and beef enchiladas. The chili con carne sauce is loaded with meat. Portion size is good; you will not leave hungry.

Went here for the first time and the food was wonderful, everything tasted really good! The water is city water so it has that dusty taste to it. The waitress was polite and very helpful. Overall, my experience here was very positive. As I was leaving the seating area to go to check out, I noticed on their dry-erase board where their seating chart is, it says "Do things the "white" way." That put a damper on the experience.

This Place is really Good. It is a peaceful more layed back place. There is enough natural lighting shining in through the windows making for an awesome much needed relaxed Lunch break in the middle of a busy day. The staff are kind, helpful and polite. The beef tips on the Lunch menu are particularly good. I was told the enchiladas are under $6 for lunch tomorrow Tuesday so I may return for that as well.

This is the best place to eat when in Weatherford its truly amazing service, and environment. I've been going for years now. And I never get tire of the food but I love the shrimp and fish soup it might just be a simple soup but at Pulido's is and truly is the only place that I can find it the same way I had it when I first had it as a child I always go back for more. Thank you all especially Carlos.

Ordered a Togo order , Lady said all my stuff was in bag which consisted of 3 kids meals and two adult meals . Which I had to remind cashier my meal should have tortillas included in meal . She had forgotten to put them in bags .Sadly when we got home one of my children’s meal was not in bags . When I called the man said they would refund my card that I paid with for missing meal but then the wife said no. I’m already home not really wanting to drive back into town for one kids meal . The lady was very rude compared to husband. Her excuse the cashier did her best to chk order and it’s not their fault . I understand forgetting chips tortillas but an entire meal that doesn’t seem like someone checked my order .

The service was horrible, the restaurant was dirty, my "enchiladas" were just 3 corn tortillas stacked on top of each other with cheese underneath, the cashier was incompetent, he rang up my order wrong 2 times. Entrees did not have the right ingredients. The steak was very good, however. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I have been eating there since I was a child. It has been steadily going downhill for the past few years, and I will not be going there again until the current owners are replaced.

They have amazing food there. We like it so much that we had them cater our wedding at the end of October. Usually that food can taste a little bland, but even then it was still awesome and more food that we had expected.

Last time I was there I ordered fajitas. The veggies seemed like they hadn't been cooked at all, the beans were terrible and the rice tasted like cardboard. Used to be very good food years ago but after this last visit I don't believe I will be going back.

Our server Frankie did a great job serving us. The management team and employees were on point and very professional. Thank you for making out lunch experience a great one.

I have been eating here since the early 1980's. You can always depend on Pulido;s for the best Tex Mex food at a very reasonable price, and excellent service. On Oct 4 2017, I had lunch here, and as usual, great chips and salsa, great service, food came quickly, it was hot and delicious. It is not a fancy or frilly place, just great food and friendly people.
