Skinny's was established November, 2001 in Weatherford, Texas. We use fresh, never frozen, quality ground beef to make your made-to-order, old fashioned juicy burgers. We top our burgers with farm fresh lettuce, tomatoes, crisp pickles and onions and your choice of cheese just in case you are a cheeseburger lover. We also serve a variety of other items such as hand-breaded Chicken Fried Steak, crispy fried, cornmeal battered Catfish filets, a large meal-sized Grilled Chicken Salad, topped with a dressing of your choice. And don't forget to try our sides; fried mushrooms, mozzarella cheese sticks, fried corn nuggets, onion rings, and french fries. Of course, if you are really looking for a treat, try our Skinny's Fries, topped with fried onions and jalapenos. We can also top those fries or your burgers with chili, cheese, mushrooms or bacon. Patio seating available. Skinny's is open from 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. daily. Call in orders are welcome. Lunch specials are offered from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M., Monday thru Friday.
