We offer private and semi-private sessions, group apparatus and barre classes. All instructors are comprehensively trained and are very passionate about their work.
We pursue extensive continuing education on a yearly basis in order to address the widest possible range of physical goals and conditions from osteoporosis to pre-post natal to athletes or to those regaining their strength and vitality after cancer treatment.
We are ideally situated in the historic West Central neighborhood at the corner of Jefferson Boulevard and Fulton Street, offering easy in and out access and front-door parking at no cost.
