Marcy Miller grew up surrounded by the 6 million acre Adirondack Park. With over 100 mountains and 3000 lakes as inspiration Marcy created Pure Placid, a company that creates natural bath, body and home care products. Using superior natural ingredients and Lake Placid's pristine lake water each product is handcrafted in small artisanal batches. We make every effort to use pure, renewable ingredients. We use no parabens, no sulfates, no phthalates and no harsh synthetic chemicals. We make every effort to use ecofriendly packaging.
Pure Placid believes respecting our environment and using natural ingredients is not and option it is our responsibility. A responsibility to our bodies and to our environment. We also believe that we do not have to sacrifice luxury in order to accomplish that.
