Puukaow Thai Restaurant

I came to this cute little place alone to eat and was skeptical at first but The service was excellent and the food tastes very authentic! since I had never been there before my waiter practically ordered for me by asking a few questions on what I liked ! I got the sidewalk noodles heat #3 it was delicious! I will be going back ! I gave it a four star only cause the tables are very close together so you eat very close to others.

We followed the reviews and had an amazing lunch. My son loved the tea! Lunch portions were more than enough for a meal. We had spring rolls for an app, very good. My pad thai was great also.2 apps raised our bill So the coat looks bad on the review

I never expected to find a Thai restaurant this good in Pueblo, CO. The Pad Thai try it wrapped in an omelette! is out of this world. Easily the best I’ve had in years. This restaurant was a weekly visit while I was in town and I will miss it dearly!

Looks like they are open for dining again. Food is always fantastic, wish service was better. It's always a culinary journey eating here. Foods pretty authentic. The Thai spicy level always opens everything up if you like it very spicy hot. I always love a spicy that brings tears to your eyes.

Apparently they are short staffed but they were amazing. The food oh my Lord . You must come in an try it all !! I'm coming back. You all were amazing. We enjoyed ourselves.Food: 5/5

This place used to be a gem, but they changed their Massaman Curry recipe and now it's watered down and tastes like syrup. Would've been nice if they informed customers of this change. Disappointed and sad that I can't get my curry fix from this place anymore.Food: 2/5

. By far the best place in Pueblo/Pueblo West for great food and atmosphere. The food and service is top notch. The owner is so friendly and remembers what you like and how you like it. This place really has a nice custom feel to it that makes you feel at home. I love coming here. The owner is the best. Always makes you feel comfortable and takes care of you. I love this place!

We were visiting family here in Pueblo West, and they brought a group of us to Puukaow for dinner. We had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, very flavorful, from the appetizers to dessert. Our waiter was phenomenal, very attentive, funny, and informative. We all appreciated the 5 star service, and my only regret is that I'll have to wait until my next trip to Colorado to eat here again!

This place is a great "diamond in the rough". The food is very authentic and prepared fresh each time I have been there. My favorite is the Seafood medly extra shrimp with level 5 heat, and the cucumber salad with a glass of plumb wine. Wow, just describing it makes my mouth water. Thank you for having such an amazing Oasis of Thia food in Pueblo West.

Woooow! My goodness! Many American Thai restaurants fail to excite me…Puukaow doe—blew me away! I actually took the gf here for V-daythe one Monday they are open! and boy, what a treat! Starting with the Calamari appetizer—wait—no—that’s not what it started with. It started with a fantastic waiter! He was charismatic, knowledgeable, and quick to provide tailored advice. The calamari hit the spot—as it was well-but not overbattered and perfectly cooked. Just the right about of chewy and breading. Next—after an earnest recommendation, I selected the green curry fried rice—and BAM! Perfect flavors and textures. Well balanced blend of sweet and spicy. Mm mmm mmm. Lastly—the famed Mango Sticky Rice and coconut ice cream was FIRE! Easily 5 stars.
