Look no further!!!! Craig is everything you want in a professional jeweler and more. High quality onsite repairs done right the first time, in a timely manner and at a very fair price. Very knowledgeable! Feeling lucky that QCB is in the Whittier area so I no longer have to go through the hassle of the downtown jewelry district for competitive quality jewelry work.
Love this place and Craig is great. They have a large selection and can help you with any jewelry issues you need fixed or customize. He has been in business for decades and is straight up with you. Has fixed 3 rings and now my wife's gold bracelet. Has plenty of ideas to help you achieve any look your going for. Try them out you won't be disappointed!!!
Craig is a class act. He is very professional, knowledgeable, been in the business for along time to say the least. If you want quality, go to him.

I was really impressed by the warm feeling and knowledge of the staff. I wasn't expecting to be able to get all my questions answered and for them to take the time to go into such detail about fixing my ring without any guarantee that I would have them fix it. I really appreciated the genuine advice and instantly felt like I was talking to a serious professional. I just really appreciated the customer service.
I recently bought an engagement ring from QCB and I could not be happier with my purchase. This was my first time buying anything like that and Craig the owner did a great job of educating me on how everything works. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy; I never felt like I was being pressured or lead to buy anything. I let them know my price range and what details were important for the ring and i'm so so happy with my purchase. Best part is, she said yes!
I came in with my gold engagement ring, which had gotten bent. They took it back and fixed it in less than 5 minutes...for free! So happy to be wearing it again! I hope to come back and give QCB more business in the future.

Made an appointment to have an engagement ring I had just purchased appraised so that I could get it insured, and the staff at QCB was fantastic! They kept me informed every step of the way, and explained things to me in a way I could understand even though I'm of course not a certified gemologist as they are. The service was detailed, the staff professional, and I walked out with everything I needed to know how much my ring was worth, and what I needed to do next to get it insured. Great job QCB team!
