My wife and I came through in last hour to get food figured we would give this location another shot and they were rude and all proteins have been dry horribly and my wife asked for no onions and yet there still ended up having onions in it I ordered double steak and double sweet and spicy chicken and they were half portions and I don’t appreciate having that horrible of a service there I want something done about this management needs to intervene and help the store and employees with there service to customers
If I hadn’t just moved here I would have thought the server had a personal problem with me. It might have been because I tore her away from her phone to order my burrito. My bad. In regards to the food, it was old. At least scrape off the old hardened queso from the top of the vat. Ticket number TM1044 4:23 10/25
Might have been the time I went this afternoon - but the quality of the food was horrible. Rice was hard as rocks and crunched as I ate, queso was crusted over and not stirred before serving, chips incredibly salty, etc. Service was not good - I get it, I don't want to work either. But I'm hard of hearing and one of the employees gave me so much attitude about having to repeat themselves.
Your employees are in such a hurry to know everything you want, including ingredients before they're even ready with gloves on.. Then they just completely screw the order up since they can't remember ANYTHING! Is it too much to ask to have something strained?? Or even have products available? Not have lids? Out of certain fountain soda? Everything is a battle with your employees and their attention span! Their faces look like they are completely upset with me even being there.. East Peoria location NEEEEEEEEDS HELP!!!!!!! This was over an hour before closing and yet they're already breaking down?? Sounds like everyone is just ready to leave.... If you are only 65% stocked with inventory, does that mean I only have to pay 65% of my total bill!?!?!?!?!?
Went to the Peoria Qdoba no brown rice and now same with the East Peoria location. I CANNOT eat white rice due to the cilantro in your rice. How do you guys take away the only other option!? I think I’m going to have to start going elsewhere. It’s sad because Qdoba is my favorite Dietary restrictions: Allergy to cilantro
Food was great service was great. The soft drink machine was down. If that was up an working correctly 5 stars. But they did allow me to have a vitamin water from the fridge so I will push back to 5 stars for that.
Rice was very hard and cold. You can tell the food had been sitting out for awhile. Granted the restaurant was completely empty the food should've been swapped for fresh foodFood: 1/5
I used to stay in Qdoba EP bc I loved the food. I havent eaten here much lately and am not real sure I want to go back. At 7pm, they were out of numerous items: brown and whit rice was low...had to scrape it from bottom of pan. There was a wait for chicken, steak, fajita vegetables, queso was gone. Also the soda dispenser was out of order. The staff that was there at the time lacked a sense of urgencywas not bothered that there was a line forming behind me and that we were all waiting for items that were running out/gone. Packaging was rough also. They had no lids for the burrito bowls or the larger queso bowls;they instead toped them with aluminum foil. I just did not have a great time on this visit. To top it off, my queso wasnt even good...
Review Date: January 6th, 2012 Q’doba. The very first stop on my Travel List. A brief telling of how my travels came to be. With Q’doba being my first place visited on my Travel List, it seems fitting to share for those who don’t know. The year was 2011. The location was my job. The setting was boredom. My train of thought wandered to how I haven’t seen a lot of the things to see in Chicago and St. Louis. I started a list of things to do those cities and fast forward 8+ years and I’ve been to 550+ unique places. Q’doba has the distinction of being the first. Cassey, Danielle, Tim, Matt and I made dinner plans shortly after the start of the new year and to start off my traveling adventures. We descended upon Q’doba with no idea what fun was to be had this evening. We all approached the counter and Danielle had to help me order as I was completely new to the experience. Oh, how innocent and clueless I was back then. Still am clueless but better at ordering food at restaurants. It took awhile for all of us to get through the food assembly line as it was mostly a new experience for us all and it was dinner time. Once we had our food, we sat down and the shenanigans began. This was a night to remember. Or try to remember 8 years later. As we sat there and ate our food, we told many jokes, riffed on each other and laughed until our faces and sides hurt. I have some videos that I recorded from this dinner but those are a bit more personal than I would like to share. Trust me when I said it was a fun group having maximum fun. Enough of that. How was the food? It was good! I haven’t been back since 2012 but I do remember the food being really good and wondering why I hadn’t been there sooner since I drove by and still drive by this place all the time. What I ordered is a memory lost to time but I remember being sufficiently stuffed afterwards. If you like to order food and watch it be made right in front of you while you dictate the toppings think of Subway, then you will like Q’doba. The amount of food you can have them stuff in a tortilla wrap is very surprising while the price is equally surprising and very affordable. Q’doba, thank you for being the first place I visited and starting me down a path of shenanigans, exploration, discoveries, and memories. Maybe Q’doba will be your starting point in exploring the world.
The service was horrible. We tried to order but they were out of fried rice, ok I'll take white. The guy goes to speak to the other employee. He turns around and starts working on a to go order then pulling empty food cup. The lady comes over to state the rice will be 45 min. I requested white rice again and she said yes. Then disappeared. We waited a very long time being ignored so we left. Went to Simple taco. The food was terrific and the serving was wonderful
