Quail Hollow Kitchens was opened in March of 2013. It is nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains, located between Felton and Boulder Creek in the town of Ben Lomond. We specialize in courses for the home cook. We cook with herbs, vegetables and eggs that we grow ourselves and from local organic farms & providers.
