Description

We are a full service RV Resort. Our motto is "No Rig Too Big", we have sites large enough to handle up to 85' rigs. All sites have full hook-ups with 50 amp service. Our deluxe sites have concrete patios and our premium sites have full concrete slabs to park unit and auto.
Open all year round.

Mission

We strive to be the finest RV Resort in the Tampa Bay area.
Many of our customers return every year to spend the winter.

Never had the opportunity to stay there, because our Dalmatian is banned from there. Manager gave me the excuse that the insurance company was restricting certain breeds. I have NEVER ever heard of a Dalmatian being restricted from a campground. When I asked the name of the insurance company, she stated she couldn't remember. She also stated that no dogs over 35 lbs were permitted because some of the older residents found them "intimidating". Another first for us..
Nice site and friendly staff. Clean pool and several amenities. My one big issue was the showers. There are 2 shower/bathroom for each men and women. The shower water has one temperature, VERY HOT! It is not adjustable. I was not able to finish rinsing it was so hot. This also makes the bathroom hot and humid. The staff is aware of the issue. It did not sound like anything was going to be done to fix it.
A lot of very scared nosey people. It was clean but not very friendly. No one in the pool. I am a very respectful quiet person but this place was over the top for me.
We stayed 2 weeks here. During our stay we enjoyed the car show that was hosted by Quail Run. They have activities every day that has a little for everyone from line dancing, to sitting by the pool. I have to give a shout out to Frank Jr and the maintenance crew. We had a lifter issue and they stopped to help. People are very nice here and go out of there way to help. The only thing we didn’t care for was the caterpillars and moss. It was the season for them.

What a great place to stay!! Everyone in the park is friendly and helpful. The park itself is quite large but amazingly clean and quiet. We stayed a week to test it out and are already discussing a long-term rental. The park has a security gate, which made me feel safe and secure; the park is also patrolled often enough to make you feel reassured but nobody at any point was ever in our business about anything. We followed the very reasonable rules, left it as we found it, and had a wonderful week. They are also very pet friendly, which is something we look for.
This is a great spot in a perfect location. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. There are huge oak trees throughout the property that provide lots of shade. I visit often as I have friends who reside here year-round. I have never seen the place in disrepair or in need of a trash pickup or even a weeding for that matter. The ground staff is very attentive to every detail. The pool is large and always ready for swimmers. It is also very well maintained. There is another building where the staff holds various activities. The community is very friendly. People are often seeing riding golf carts throughout the property waving and chatting to fellow residents. It is a very comfortable place to stop for the weekend, stay for a week, or however long you choose. There is a store on property where you can get a variety of items that you might need for your RV or camper. You can also get staples such as bread, milk, frozen dinners, and lottery tickets to name a few. Quail Run is also located near restaurants and shopping just a few miles down the road. You would not be disappointed if you visited here.
I almost don’t want to leave a review because I want to keep this little piece of paradise to myself! I felt so safe and welcome from the moment I called frantic because our original reservation further south in Florida fell through but they were AMAZING!! I love the atmosphere and everyone from the office staff to the neighbors were so friendly! We will definitely be back!!!

This was definitely not my favorite rv park we have ever stayed out, I understand the reasoning behind some of their rules in places but this one was overboard. My teenager wasn’t even allowed to walk our dog while we were there, they do offer some amenities there, pool wasn’t deep at all, the bathhouse I used only had 1 bathroom and 1 shower which was odd, didn’t see anything bigger then that, we were parked in the Sun so it took along time for our air to cool off our trailer. They did have WiFi and cable included which was a plus. This is probably a great place for the older community definitely don’t bring your kids to this one.
