Quality Health Network (QHN) is a nonprofit dedicated to healthcare quality improvement. QHN provides for the secure exchange of electronic health information between authorized medical providers using a combination of safeguards to protect your privacy. Technical safeguards include encryption and multiple levels of password protection.
QHN was created in 2004 to improve the health of people who live across western Colorado. We make your information available to authorized caregivers - where it’s needed, when it’s needed - so they have a more complete picture of your health and can provide you the best possible care.
