My son went there and was treated horrible by Dr Cole he was very very rude and unprofessional, how he was filthy and the staff was nice or the nurse in the back was, the Oneonta location is much better

Worst doctor ever! Had an appointment at 2:00 when we got here we were told that dr.cole was running behind and wouldn't be ready till 2:30 he didn't walk back thru the door till after 2:30 he was taking his time on lunch now we've been waiting over 30mins in this room to be seen by him and there's nobody else here!!

I ent here for a check up for my son, Dr Coleman was very rude to him. Rude to me to talked to me like a was a kid, I waited there for 4 hours, and the bath rooms were filthy and dirty and nasty, he did not even wear gloves, and Dr Coleman stank, I also saw a few roaches wich was nasty, never going back.

This is by far the best Quality of Life in Alabama. I've visited other Quality of Life facilities and this one is hands down the BEST!! Their staff is incredibly nice & helpful! The dentist Mr. Bright is friendly, attentive, & professional. The lady at the desk was super compassionate & took her time explaining what needs to be done when, cost etc. Even the lady that did my x-ray was sweet. They are on schedule & I did not have to wait at all. I love places that respects the patients time. I'm so greatful for places like this, that help people without dental insurance. The people make this Quality of Life 5 stars.

Cullman Quality Health Care may not be everyone's first pick but they are around to help those in the community who are in need. Check them out.

Had an appointment for 10am at 12:30 still have not been seen by dr. I had a interveiw at 1 which i missed becouse they care nothing about there patients or that people set appointments so they can work around things not set in one place for hours for no reason. If you cant see patients at the appointment time then dont set it up its that simple

I understand the hardships that the medical field is going through right now but it took 3 hours to be seen by a doctor. And to make matters worse he was so rude and acted like he didn't even care about what was going on. He talked to me like I was a child and was so condecending. I will never be back.

i went to this facility the other day, and dr. Cole was very rude to me. while i was in the restroom i saw a few roaches on the floor. this startled me, making me scream. nobody came to see if i was ok. i could have been dying and they wouldn't have cared. i do not recommend this place.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! Dr. Cole is the rudest doctor I ever seen. They have gotten my prescription wrong and I almost died because of wrong medication. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room and I was the only person there. Dr. Cole misdiagnosed me after I saw another doctor. Everyone I spoke to said this place was a joke and DR. Cole only wants your money. He is straight up garbage and a laughable joke.

I have been going to Quality in Cullman for a few years now and that's the only place that I can afford to go to I had a serious stroke about 5 years ago and I had to find a doctor to treat my high blood pressure so Quality is where I was referred to but I'm so disappointed right now I'm having serious stuff going on right now ive feel 6 times in the last 3 weeks so I went to see my doctor he seems to think I may have had another stroke and was going to refer me to have a ct scan done well it's been 2 weeks and nothing which that doesn't surprise me everytime I do a text with my bowls it comes back with trace of blood was sending me to have a colonoscopy well that's been 3 years now with nothing Dr Cole is the rudest Doctor that I've ever delt with and if he's not going to help people what is he there for he never gives you a good exam he listens to your heart and sends you on your way after the nurse finish my paper work that's not even worth the$26 I pay and because of covid I can't go to the Er and my doctor won't help me what am I suppose to do for everyone's health get a better doctor Dr Cole deserves to be fired I'm going to report him the medical board
