In March my family was looking for a camper, and we found one online. Looking at the photos it was perfect for us. The online price said around $8,000, the camper is a 2004 and book value was much lower than this; we offered the Sales person $6,000 and were told to come look at it. We live 4 hours away. He also told us that they would do a six point inspection on the camper to make sure all was working correctly and show us everything we needed to know. We came to Quality RV on a Saturday and were shown the camper. We said we liked and it and wanted to buy it so they pulled the camper from the back to get ready for sale. Kevin the salesperson said before the purchase agreement was signed they will go through the camper with us to make sure all is correct. While waiting in his office another salesperson came in and said there was no way we were buying this camper for the $6,000 we had been promised they wanted to up charge us $1,000. We eventually agreed to pay like $300.00 more than we wanted. After that the sales people ignored us, it took an hour for them to tell us they didn't have the right hookup for us to pull the camper. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They never did the inspection with us and since buying this camper. We had a gas line explode under the sleeping quarters because of a faulty line. Wood is rotting under the sheeting. Hot water heater plug was missing, and the propane regulator did not work. I understand you buy used campers as is but they said the reason they had to charge us more was because they had done a six point inspection to this camper. If they did that they should have found these issues. I would not recommend this RV dealership to anyone!!!
We shopped around for the RV that would fit our needs. As first time buyers, we weren't even sure what our needs were! The staff at Quality RV were very knowledgable and helpful. After purchasing our trailer from them, we had a few issues right off the bat and they responded quickly both in person and over the phone to resolve them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of RV.
Bought our dream camper...and it turned out to be a nightmare. Our Montana had trouble from day one. After bringing it home and opening it up to load up, we found a huge slice in the linoleum due to a screw that was caught under the slide out. It was from the ceiling fan which had not been put together properly. Trying to get it fixed was a nightmare. Service manager at the time was an arrogant jerk. Finally, after contacting people up the chain to owner we had an appt to have it replaced. The next year we had the roof come up...unglued and needed replaced. After telling us the service manager had been replaced we decided to have them help. They informed us Keystone would not honor the warranty and we had to pay $2000 of the cost. Horrible people to work with...stay away from this dealer.
What is going on with this dealership? We bought our 2012 travel trailer from them when they were smaller and located in Ramsey. We had a great salesman named Derek who then seemed to disappear with his dad and cousin. We also had a great experience with the owner Todd who let us take the trailer out on a test tow that sealed our purchase. But now we had been trying to get help with one of our trailer's decals that has cracked and faded horribly while the rest of trailer and it's decals look like they are brand new. And the service contact Steve at the dealership stopped responding to me and now it looks like the dealership is closed and out of business.
I'm not sure where to start so I will keep it short as possible. Over a year ago found a camper I just had to have. I wanted something no one else has where I go camping. Met Keith at camper show in Minneapolis this was feb of 2015. We went to dealership that march to look again. I was ready to buy but we thought we would drive home and think about it not my style usually oh and I live in Fargo surrounded my lots of rv dealerships. We decided to wait a year. So this year in January contacted Keith told him what we wanted and asked when we needed to order to be sure we got it in time for camping season. So we ordered a bayhill 379fl. We got it on time Keith did great job keeping us informed on what was going on. Day of pickup was very cool they had our unit inside red carpet waiting for us. They took us through it showed me how everything worked. Very good service answered all my questions. Did order it with 5 slideout topper option only got 4. I emailed Keith and factory said they only put 4 on as awning would cover other slideout. Keith knew this wasn't right and he and the dealership made it right by adding fifth topper. Had a couple very miner issues that they took care of very promptly. I live in Fargo as stated its 200 miles for me to travel to dealership. So the long of the short is I camp and don't have time for it to be sitting in service. They sold me a great unit and they did great job making sure it was good to go for me. The miner issues were things they had no control over but resolved quickly. Quality rv has what I think is too service in sales Dept and in the service Dept. I have another story so I will write in a separate post. Would and will recommend to everyone I know!!!
Our family purchased a travel trailer from Quality RV and we love it! The staff was great and extremely helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect fit. We highly recommend purchasing a camper from them. Great experience!!!
Stay far, far away! We bought a used fifth-wheel knowing that we might be buying someone else's problems, but trusting that the dealer would inspect it and take pride in selling something worthy. WRONG thoughts with this dealer. Nothing but problems starting on the drive home. Long story short: multiple trips to the dealer for service, MANY weeks without a camper and an insurance claim later, we will NEVER go back to them. Terrible communication, terrible service, terrible sales staff. Don't waste your money here.
Bought an RV here some months ago and was completely satisfied. I would definitely buy my next, upgraded, RV, in the future from Quality RV. They ensured the RV was prepared for the road, showed us how to operate and maintain it, and were quick and responsive to our questions. I recommend them without reservation.
I have dealt with many dealerships in my life and this one is by far the worst. They are very helpful until you sign the contract and then there is no customer service at all. When you have warranty issues, each time you call they have a new employee working and they can never help you. The price for our rv was good but had I know what a poor dealership they are I never would have visited much less purchased from them. Even when we came in to pick up our RV they didn't even greet us. All they said was "your early". I had to explain the components of the RV to the guy that was supposed to be doing our walk through showing us how to operate it. I would tell any one to walk away and deal with anyone else for they cannot service you any worse than "quality rv" will.
We bought a camper from there a few months back. Brand new. We had a nice sales person who was very communitive with us. Once we got home after they claimed that it had been fully inspected we took the camper out to use for the first time and realized that it had come without a water pump, what a headache that was, ended up getting one and installing it ourselves. We had also bought a generater from them we were lied to on how it was supposed to work for our camper, they had said that it would run the AC without any problem. Just no microwave at the same time, ok understood. It does not run the AC what so ever. Who knows what other problems will be next. Not a happy camper.
